This study is entitled "Strategies For Improving The Quality Of Education In Madrasah Through Journal Studies On Educational Management." This research formulates the problem of how educational management methods might enhance the quality of education in madrasahs. This research examines the significance of madrasahs in developing students' character and competencies, alongside the problems encountered in enhancing the quality of education inside these institutions. This research aims to find and analyse successful educational management strategies for implementation in madrasahs. The employed research method is a literature study utilising a descriptive-analytical methodology. Data is sourced from journals, research articles, and other pertinent documents addressing educational management in madrasahs. The chosen data analysis technique is qualitative analysis, focussing on the identification of significant themes and pertinent tactics. This research employs a theoretical framework comprising educational management theories, teacher professionalism development theories, and community engagement theories in education. The research findings suggest that advancing teacher professionalism, optimising resources, and augmenting school community involvement are essential ways for enhancing the quality of education in madrasahs. Effective educational administration can foster a supportive learning environment that facilitates the attainment of educational objectives. This discovery is anticipated to offer tangible benefits for madrasah administrators and education officials in developing and executing strategies that enhance the quality of education in madrasahs.

The rapid development of the financial technology (fintech) industry has brought various innovations in financial services, but also poses challenges related to conflict resolution between users and service providers. This study aims to analyze the user experience in resolving disputes through fintech platforms, with a focus on the effectiveness of existing dispute resolution mechanisms. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with active users of fintech platforms who have been involved in disputes. The results of the study show that although fintech platforms provide various channels for settlement, such as mediation or arbitration, many users complain about transparency, complexity of procedures, and unclear information regarding their rights and obligations in the process. In addition, the trust factor in third parties involved in the settlement is also a major issue. These findings provide insight into the need to improve the resolution system by improving communication between fintech service providers and users, as well as clarifying settlement procedures to create a better user experience. This study is expected to contribute to the development of policies and regulations related to dispute resolution in the fintech sector. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan dan keefektifan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi Ekologi Kelas VII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan juga menggunakan desain one-group pretest- posttest design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, pre-test dan post-test. Uji validitas instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji T. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran CPS efektif meningkatkan kapasitas pemecahan masalah siswa pada kurikulum ekologi kelas VII. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah tes, dimana nilai pasca tes lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai sebelum tes. Dapat dilihat dari rata-rata nilai sebelum tes hanya sebesar 64, dan nilai pasca tes naik menjadi 69. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disarankan agar paradigma pembelajaran CPS digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Effective educational planning requires a data-driven approach to optimize time, resources, and decision-making. Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) is a project management method that can support this, especially in large-scale educational projects. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of PERT in educational planning, with a focus on time optimization, resource efficiency, and data-based decision-making. The method used is a literature study, by reviewing various library sources such as journals, books, and research reports. The results of the study indicate that PERT is able to reduce project implementation time, improve resource efficiency and PERT supports data-based decision-making. In conclusion, PERT is an effective method to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of educational planning. Successful implementation requires training, technology support, and good coordination between stakeholders.

This study aims to analyze the errors in the use of the numerals "er" and "liang" by class VII students of SMP Wahidin in the academic year 2023/2024. This study uses a qualitative research method with elicitation and interview techniques to describe the types of errors and factors causing errors made by class VII students of SMP Wahidin in the academic year 2023/2024. The results of the data analysis prove that students still make many mistakes in using the numerals "er" and "liang". The types of errors made by class VII students of SMP Wahidin when using the numerals "er" and "liang" consist of 178 selection errors, 80 sequencing errors, 4 addition errors and 2 subtraction errors. While the factors causing errors consist of mother tongue interference as many as 12 people, lack of discussion of the material as many as 2 people, Mandarin language learning strategies as many as 2 people and teachers who are not serious in teaching as many as 8 people.

This research discusses the application of McKinsey's 7S model in increasing profitability at PT BPRS Karya Mugi Sentosa Surabaya. McKinsey's 7S model consists of seven main elements: strategy, organizational structure, operational system, leadership style, staffing, skills, and shared values. The research used a qualitative approach with direct observation methods, structured interviews, and in-depth data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. The results showed that the harmonization of the elements of McKinsey's 7S model contributed significantly to improving profitability, reflected in the increase in assets, growth in the number of customers, and stability of financial statements over the past five years. However, challenges such as HR adaptation to the new strategy and consistency of implementation are concerns that need to be addressed. This study concludes that the implementation of McKinsey's 7S model is able to encourage the strengthening of corporate strategy and competitiveness in the midst of intense competition in Islamic banking.

The level of knowledge of the patient's family in the Stroke Unit at RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Soemarso regarding "Prevention of Decubitus in Bedrest Patients in the Stroke Unit of Dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri Hospital" is still quite low. Therefore, the group carried out PKM health education regarding the prevention of decubitus ulcers in bedrest patients in order to increase the knowledge of the patient's family in the Stroke Unit of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri. The activity target to be achieved from this activity is 100% of patient families in the Stroke Unit of RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri who attended the event knew and understood how to prevent decubitus ulcers in bed rest patients.

Teacher performance is one of the determining factors in the success of education and the quality of learning in schools. Although many efforts have been made to improve the quality of teaching, various problems faced by teachers often hinder this achievement. These problems can come from internal factors such as motivation, job satisfaction, and professional skills, as well as external factors such as education policies, school facilities, and social support. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence teacher performance, identify problems often faced by teachers, and provide recommendations to improve the quality of their performance. This study uses a library research approach, by reviewing various relevant literature, both from books, articles, research reports, and related policy documents. The results of the study indicate that internal factors that influence teacher performance include motivation, level of job satisfaction, and the quality of professional skills possessed by teachers. Teachers who feel appreciated, have high motivation, and are satisfied with their work tend to have better performance. In addition, professional skills that are continuously updated through training and development are important factors in improving the quality of teaching. Meanwhile, external factors such as inflexible education policies, lack of adequate facilities, and low teacher welfare conditions also worsen teacher performance in the field. Policies that focus too much on exam results or high administrative burdens often make teachers unable to focus on developing the quality of learning.

This research aims to find out how government accounting standards are implemented in village financial management in Sigi Village and how prepared the village government is in managing village finances. The research methodology used is qualitative research, the data sources used are primary dtaa obtained by direct interviews and secondary data obtained from related documents. The location of this research is Sigi Village, Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The results of this research can be concluded that the implementation of government accounting standards in this village has not been optimal because in the presentation of village financial reports there are still several reports that are not prepared by the village government. Sigi Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Implementation Report (APBDes), Changes in Excess Budget Balance Report, Realization Report, Cash Flow Report, and Notes to Financial Reports.

This study aims to analyze the revenue and efficiency of the coffee powder processing industry "Cap Jempol" in Rejang Lebong Regency. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, focusing on revenue analysis, cost structure, and efficiency levels. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires distributed to business owners and workers in the industry. The analysis shows that the total revenue (TR) of the "Cap Jempol" coffee powder business is IDR 35,000,000 per month, with total costs (TC) amounting to IDR 21.229.542 per month. The resulting profit is IDR 13.770.458 per month, and the Revenue-Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) is calculated at 1.65, indicating that the business is profitable and efficient. Furthermore, labor productivity is measured at 100 kg per worker per month, demonstrating an efficient production process. Several factors influencing business revenue include raw material costs, operational expenses, market demand, marketing strategies, and competition. The findings suggest that improving production efficiency, expanding market reach, and optimizing cost management could enhance business profitability.
