This research discusses the application of Sharia business ethics in the marketing strategy of Turqiy chocolate products. As a brand committed to Islamic principles, Turqy integrates Sharia ethical values, such as honesty, justice, and transparency, into every aspect of its operations and product promotions. This product marketing strategy is designed to meet the needs of increasingly selective Muslim consumers for halal and high-quality products. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, exploring how Turqiy applies Sharia principles in the packaging, communication, and distribution of its products. The research results show that the application of Sharia business ethics not only enhances consumer trust but also creates a competitive advantage in the global market. This article makes an important contribution to the development of the sharia marketing concept, especially in the food and beverage industry.

One essential component of human life is education,resource development, and mathematics plays an essential role in developing logic and problem-solving skills among students. However, many elementary school students find mathematics to be difficult and boring, resulting in a lack of interest in the subject. One solution to enhance interest in learning is through the use of educational games. This study aims to analyze the role of educational games in improving elementary school students' interest in learning mathematics. The method employed is a literature review, collecting and analyzing related references. The findings suggest that the use of educational games can increase student motivation and learning outcomes by creating an enjoyable and interactive learning environment.

Stunting is a public health issue that can adversely affect children's growth and future prospects. Stunting poses a threat to the achievement of the second global Sustainable Development Goal (SDG). One effort to address this problem is by providing knowledge to the community about stunting. This effort can be pursued through activities such as stunting seminars. A seminar was held in Kedungjambe Village on November 20, 2024, with the theme "United Against Stunting: Realizing a Golden Generation." The methods employed included observation, solution formulation and planning, implementation, and evaluation. The outcome of this community engagement activity showed high enthusiasm among seminar participants regarding stunting issues, accompanied by a solid understanding of the material presented.

Background: Every child has the right to receive education in a healthy environment in accordance with the 1945 Constitution Article 31 paragraph 1. The health of the school environment, especially the existence of a healthy canteen, is an important component in supporting student growth and development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of healthy canteens in elementary schools in the working area of the Paal V Health Center in Jambi City. Methods: This study is a qualitative study with an analytical descriptive approach. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews, FGDs, observations, and documentation, with informants consisting of school principals, health center staff, teachers, canteen sellers, and students. Results: At SDN 64/IV Jambi City, there is a written policy regarding school healthy canteens. The average canteen handler has used an apron as personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintained hand and clothing hygiene. School canteen facilities are equipped with adequate lighting and the availability of clean water. However, it is still found that plastic containers are used for food containers. The informants agreed that the existence of healthy canteens in schools is very important and suggested that canteens only sell food that is filling and free from harmful chemicals. Conclusion: Schools with higher accreditation have better canteen management than schools with lower accreditation, especially in policies, facilities, and supervision.

Pragmatics, a fundamental branch of linguistics, focuses on the implicit rules that govern human interaction. It delves into how meaning is constructed, conveyed, and interpreted in everyday communication beyond literal language. This study explores the mechanisms of pragmatics in daily life, particularly how context, shared knowledge, and social conventions influence interactions. Key areas examined include speech acts, implicature, and politeness strategies, which highlight the dynamic nature of meaning-making in various social contexts. Speech acts, such as requests, apologies, and promises, illustrate how utterances perform actions beyond their lexical content. Implicature examines how individuals infer meaning that is not explicitly stated, relying on context and shared assumptions. Politeness strategies, which vary across cultures, play a crucial role in managing interpersonal relationships and ensuring smooth communication by balancing social expectations and individual intentions. Understanding these unspoken rules is essential for effective communication, as they often dictate the success of social interactions. Misinterpretations in pragmatics can lead to misunderstandings, social faux pas, or conflicts, emphasizing the importance of cultural and contextual awareness. Pragmatic competence is crucial in multilingual and multicultural settings, where differing conventions and norms can create unique challenges. By synthesizing theoretical insights from existing literature, this study highlights the pervasive influence of pragmatics in shaping human interaction. It underscores the necessity of pragmatic awareness in fostering interpersonal understanding, enhancing communication skills, and navigating the complexities of social life effectively.
 

This research analyzes the impact of corporate bankruptcy and the legal protection that must be provided to workers, particularly regarding the normative rights that workers are entitled to receive. In such circumstances, workers' normative rights, such as wages, severance pay, and benefits, are often not fulfilled. Workers are in a weak position as creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, as the regulations prioritize secured creditors. This research employs the normative juridical method. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive analysis of legal certainty and justice for workers as preferred creditors in bankruptcy cases, as well as the proposal for legal reforms to harmonize conflicting regulations to strengthen the protection of workers' normative rights. The conclusion drawn from the discussion is that workers, as preferred creditors, must be prioritized in the payment of bankruptcy debts. There is a need for stricter supervision, stronger legal protection for workers in bankruptcy proceedings, and the necessity for reforms in bankruptcy law, especially in the mechanism for the settlement and distribution of bankruptcy assets to each creditor.



Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kepailitan perusahaan dan bagaimana perlindungan hukum yang harus diberikan kepada tenaga kerja, terutama hak-hak normatif yang harus diterima pekerja. Dalam kondisi ini, hak-hak normatif pekerja, seperti gaji, pesangon, dan tunjangan, sering kali tidak dipenuhi. Pekerja berada pada posisi yang lemah sebagai kreditur dalam proses kepailitan, karena aturan lebih mengutamakan kreditur yang memiliki jaminan. Yuridis normatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis komprehensif mengenai kepastian hukum dan keadilan bagi pekerja sebagai kreditur preferen dalam kasus kepailitan, serta usulan reformasi hukum untuk menyelaraskan peraturan yang bertentangan guna memperkuat perlindungan hak-hak normatif pekerja. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil pembahasan bahwa pekerja sebagai kreditur preferen harus didahulukan dalam pembayaran utang pailit, diperlukan pengawasan yang lebih ketat, perlindungan hukum yang lebih kuat bagi tenaga kerja dalam proses kepailitan, dan diharuskan adanya pembaharuan undang-undang kepailitan khususnya dalam mekanisme pemberesan dan pembagian boedel pailit kepada masing-masing kreditur.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan platform desain grafis Canva sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan minat belajar, pemahaman konsep, dan prestasi akademik siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan memadukan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi kelas, kuesioner siswa, tes pre-post, dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada minat belajar, pemahaman konsep, dan nilai ujian siswa setelah implementasi media Canva. Guru juga memberikan umpan balik positif terkait kemudahan penggunaan dan efektivitas Canva dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya, Canva terbukti sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk PAI di SD Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong, meskipun perlu pertimbangan lebih lanjut terkait aksesibilitas teknologi dan pengembangan konten yang berkelanjutan.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of leadership supervision in efforts to improve the performance quality of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Economic Affairs Section at the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of supervision greatly depends on clear objectives, performance indicators, periodic evaluations, and open communication between leaders and staff. Although there are challenges such as ineffective communication and imbalanced workloads, proposed solutions include improving communication and utilizing technology to enhance supervision and employee performance. Optimal supervision has been shown to play a key role in improving PNS performance, with an emphasis on monitoring, evaluation, and skill development. Despite challenges like limited resources and ineffective communication, solutions such as training, open communication, and technology can improve supervision efficiency. Most PNS show a positive attitude towards management and supervision, although there is still room for improvement in communication and skill development. Going forward, it is expected that supervision will become more structured, technology-based, and communicative to support the achievement of organizational goals more efficiently and enhance public service quality.

This research aims to examine the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock value of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk during the 2019-2023 period. Using quantitative analysis with dependent data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the analysis shows that the company's DER was within a moderate range (35%-42%) throughout the study period. The results indicate a negative correlation between DER and stock prices; however, the effect is not significant when viewed partially. The decline in DER in 2023 reflects the company's efforts to strengthen its capital structure and reduce dependence on debt. These findings are expected to enhance investors' knowledge and support the company's operations in developing future financial and investment strategies.
