This study was conducted under the title “Development of Indonesian Language Learning Media Based on Animated Videos for Grade VII MTs Swasta Darul Ulum Budi Agung Descriptive Text Material,” which was motivated by low student motivation and understanding of descriptive text lessons. This situation occurred because attractive and interactive learning media were rarely used, causing students to tend to be passive in the learning process. The research methodology employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research population consisted of students at Darul Ulum Budi Agung Private Islamic Junior High School, with a sample size of 30 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group. Data collection was conducted using interviews, tests, and questionnaires. Validation was provided by experts in the fields of content, media, and language. This study shows that the use of educational media in the form of animated videos falls under the category of highly suitable for use, both in terms of content and presentation. This media is capable of enhancing students' learning motivation, clarifying their understanding of descriptive text concepts, and creating a more engaging and interactive learning environment. In other words, the use of animated videos can serve as an innovative solution as a learning medium for Indonesian language, particularly descriptive text material, to improve the quality of education at MTs Swasta Darul Ulum Budi Agung.

This study analyzes the effect of fiscal potential, government spending, and human development on regional economic growth in Central Java during the 2020–2023 period. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), in logarithmic form, is used as the dependent variable, while the independent variables include local fiscal potential (PAD), government spending, and the Human Development Index (HDI). Using panel data regression with a fixed-effect model on 35 districts/cities, the results reveal that HDI has a significant positive impact on GRDP. Meanwhile, fiscal potential and government spending are found to be statistically insignificant. These findings suggest that enhancing human development is a key factor for boosting economic growth in the region.

Flying fish (Hirundichthys oxycephlus) roe filaments, which are often considered as by-products, have high protein content and various essential nutrients, thus potentially increasing the nutritional value of food products. With innovation and in-depth research, this waste can be transformed into products with economic value while supporting the implementation of sustainability principles in the fisheries industry, in this case sauce as a flavoring that has become an important part of the food industry. This study aims to determine the quality of the texture and taste of chili sauce fortified with fly fish (Hirundichthys oxycephlus) roe filament extract and to determine the protein content and water content of chili sauce enriched with fly fish (Hirundichthys oxycephlus) roe filament extract. The methodology used in this study was Complete Random Design (CRD) with variations in filament powder concentration (0%, 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5%) on the sensory characteristics of chili sauce, which include aroma, color, taste, and texture. The results of organoleptic tests showed that the addition of fly fish (Hirundichthys oxycephlus) egg filament extract had a significant positive impact on all sensory parameters tested. The average aroma score increased from 2.88 in the non-enriched treatment to 3.90 at the highest filament powder concentration (1.5%). In addition, the taste score also showed the most striking increase, from 2.80 to 4.33. Analysis of the water content of the chili sauce product was recorded at 79.93% according to (SNI 01-2976-2006), while the protein content reached 10.53%, indicating the potential of this product as an additional source of protein in daily consumption patterns.

Taxes are the primary source of state revenue, and the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) is one of the regional taxes that contributes significantly to Regional Original Revenue (PAD). However, taxpayer compliance in the city of Medan remains suboptimal. This study aims to analyze the effect of awareness and education level on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes in Medan. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique involving 75 taxpayers. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that both awareness and education level have a significant partial effect on taxpayer compliance, supported by significance values less than 0.05. Simultaneously, the two variables also have a significant influence, with an R Square value of 0.471. This means that 47.1% of the variation in taxpayer compliance is explained by awareness and education level. These findings indicate that improving taxpayer awareness and education is a crucial factor in increasing compliance with motor vehicle tax payments in Medan.

Global approaches to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) vary, with increasing emphasis on inclusive practices and cross-cultural research for effective solutions. This study addresses the challenges surrounding the treatment and societal acceptance of children with ASD, particularly focusing on the transition from childhood to adulthood. It explores the initial emotional reactions of parents upon receiving an autism diagnosis and examines how foundations, schools, and clinics manage the care and treatment of children with ASD, emphasizing early and appropriate therapeutic interventions. The research compares the treatment of children with autism in Indonesia and adult individuals with autism in Germany. A mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, was employed, including a literature review on Indonesian autism research centers and in-depth interviews with experts from a special school and private therapy clinics in Indonesia. The study examines both beneficial and detrimental aspects of autism treatment, revealing societal misconceptions that perceive autism as a detriment, with therapeutic interventions viewed as the primary means of amelioration. Despite challenges, such as workforce limitations in educating children with autism, the study draws attention to the potential benefits of community-based initiatives in Germany, specifically the employment opportunities at Werkstätten (workshops), as a model for sustainable inclusion for individuals with autism in Indonesia. The research emphasizes the importance of such programs in enhancing autism literacy and preparing educators to foster better practices in young learners, ultimately contributing to the advancement of early childhood education across different cultural contexts.

The rapid digital transformation has significantly impacted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), shifting consumer behavior towards online product search. This presents both challenges and opportunities for the snack industry, which faces intense competition. This study addresses the limited empirical research on digital channel effectiveness in the fast-moving snack sector. The research aims to examine the e-commerce and digital marketing strategies of "Eat Mee" chocolate dumplings and evaluate their contribution to business development. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, the research focused on "Eat Mee" in Serang, Banten, utilizing participatory observation and sales data from June 2025. Findings indicate that while e-commerce positively impacts sales, offline channels (Cash on Delivery) still dominate (Rp358,000 vs. Rp105,000 from Shopee), with no transactions via the personal website. This highlights the importance of consistent promotion and internal operational readiness alongside digital platforms. The study concludes that "Eat Mee" needs to optimize its digital marketing strategies for broader market reach while maintaining strong offline sales.

Woodball was first introduced in 2006 and has since grown rapidly across the country. In addition, many woodball clubs and communities have emerged, and woodball has become an officially recognized competitive sport since 2016. In 2016, woodball even became part of the national sports week (PON) in West Java. Woodball is a sport that combines elements of golf and croquet, emphasizing the accuracy of shots to pass through the goal with a wooden ball. Hand-eye coordination is one of the key factors that can influence the quality of an athlete's shots. Objective: To determine the relationship between hand-eye coordination and shot quality in woodball athletes in Bali Province. An observational analytical study with a cross-sectional approach involving 42 woodball athletes in Bali Province. Hand-eye coordination was measured using a 30-second ball catch-and-throw test, while shot quality was assessed using a skill test based on the number of balls successfully passing through the gate. Analysis was performed using Spearman's rho correlation test. The analysis revealed a significant relationship between eye-hand coordination and swing quality in woodball athletes (P < 0.05). The positive correlation coefficient indicates that better eye-hand coordination leads to higher swing quality. There is a significant relationship between eye-hand coordination and shot quality. Improving visual-motor coordination skills can contribute to the performance of woodball athletes.

Abstrak:
Iron deficiency anemia (ADB) is anemia that arises due to reduced iron supply for erythropoiesis, due to empty iron stores (depleted iron stores) which ultimately results in reduced hemoglobin formation. This study aims to determine the effect of giving blood supplement tablets on HB levels in female students suffering from anemia at SMAN 1 Tambakboyo, Tuban Regency. The research design used a pre-experiment using a one group pre test post test approach, with a total sampling technique on a population of 34 female students suffering from anemia in class X and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The instruments in this research were Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), hemoglobin level observation sheets and Easy Touch GCU brand hemoglobin measuring equipment. The results of the study showed that the average HB level before 10.17 g/dl and after 15.46 g/dl given blood supplement tablets was normal. The results of the Wilcoxon test obtained a significant value of p=0.000 (p<0.05), which means that there was a significant difference in the HB levels of class X female students before and after being given blood supplement tablets. Health workers, especially in school health offices, should provide blood supplement tablets at the right time so that female students can take the blood supplement tablets regularly and finish them.
