Notaries have a very important role in meeting the community's needs to build order, legal protection, and law related to the certainty of their authority in doing authentic deeds. Parties who come to the notary as drivers may be under pressure or coercion. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role and responsibilities of a notary in making a deed when the appearer is under pressure and coercion. The research method in this research is normative juridical. The results of this study indicate that the role of a notary is to refuse to make a deed for reasons,  which is contrary to the law and plays a role in providing legal counseling regarding the legal implications if the agreement is made under pressure and coercion according to its authority in the UUJN. In addition, it is the responsibility of the notary if he knows the condition of one of the appearers under pressure and coercion but still makes him responsible for committing an unlawful act by siding with one of the appearers, being dishonest, and untrustworthy.  However, if the notary does not know it, the notary cannot be said to be negligent and responsible because the notary has no obligation to investigate material truths and the notary only pours into the deed the things that appear before himNotaris mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat guna membangun ketertiban, perlindungan hukum, dan kepastian hukum terkait kewenangannya dalam pembuatan akta autentik. Pihak yang yang datang kepada notaris sebagai penghadap bisa saja sedang berada dibawah tekanan atau paksaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peran dan tanggung jawab notaris dalam pembuatan akta pada saat penghadap sedang penghadap dibawah tekanan dan paksaan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatoris analitif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peran notaris adalah menolak untuk membuat akta dengan alasan ketentuan notaris berkewajiban memberikan penyuluhan hukum. jika perjanjian dibuat dibawah tekanan dan paksaan sesuai kewenangannya. Selain itu, tanggung jawab notaris apabila mengetahui keadaan salah satu penghadap dibawah tekanan dan paksaan tetapi tetap membuatnya dapat dikatakan bertanggung jawab karena melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum dengan memihak salah satu penghadap, tidak jujur, dan tidak amanah. Namun, apabila notaris tidak mengetahuinya notaris tidak dapat dikatakan lalai dan bertanggung jawab karena notaris tidak mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyelidiki kebenaran materiil melainkan notaris hanya menuangkan ke dalam akta hal-hal yang penghadap sampaikan.    

The Jakenan-Winong road is a regional link between the Jakenan area and the cities of Pati and Juwana. Due to the high mobilization of vehicles due to the repair of the Pati Rembang road on this road section, not a few damage to the concrete surface (rigid pavement) has occurred, one of the causes of which is the overload of large vehicles. From the known problems, this research was conducted to identify whether the damage that occurred could affect road performance on that road section. Data analysis used the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) method to determine traffic performance. From the research results, it can be seen the level of road performance on Jakenan Winong streat, Pati City during morning peak hours, noon peak hours, and evening peak hours, the level of service is in category B.  From the research results it can also be seen that the damage that occurred on the Jakenan -Winong road section did not affect the level of road performance.

                    SMAN 1 Nagrak merupakan sekolah menengah atas yang berada diprovinsi Jawa Barat khususnya Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pada masa pandemi seperti saat ini, kegiatan belajar mengajar mewajibkan dilakukan secara daring. Hal dikarenakan sebagai upaya mencegah penyebaran virus covid-19 dalam bidang pendidikan. Hal ini tentunya menjadi hambatan proses pembelajaran, oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya suatu media pembelajaran e-learning untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dalam rangka  memenuhi pembelajaran e-learning khususnya di SMAN 1 Nagrak, penulis mengenakan metode waterfall yang merupakan model pengembangan rekayasa perangkat lunak. Dalam penelitian ini, menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi e-learning bebasis web sebagai penunjang saran pembelajaran secara online. Dengan adanya aplikasi e-learning ini diharapkan proses pembelajaran  dapat berjalan dengan baik serta memudahkan guru untuk memberikan materi pembelajaran, latihan soal-soal ujian dan pengumpulkan tugas terhadap siswa dalam pandemi ini. 

Pendidikan merupakan usaha manusia untuk membina seseorang kearah yang lebih baik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai didalam masyarakat dan budaya. Dalam dunia pendidikan banyak sekali perbedaan-perbedaan yang perlu kita pahami hingga nantinya bisa searah, setiap manusia memiliki pendapat yang berbeda , sehingga dari perbedaan tersebut dapat menumbuhkan sebuah konflik dalam kehidupan bersosial, namun perbedaan juga dapat membangun seseorang untuk lebih maju kedepannya. Dalam suatu organisasi di sekolah konflik mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap kegiatan pendidikan yang nantinya akan berakibat pada siswa dan siswi, maka ketika terjadi suatu konflik seorang pemimpin (kepala sekolah) harus bisa mengatasi segala konflik yang ada demi menjaga ketentraman lingkungan serta menjaga nama baik sekolah.
Fokus penelitian ini bagaimana peran kepala madrasah dalam menangani sumber konflik yang terjadi di SDS Ulul Albab?. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hal apa yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam menangani sumber konflik yang tejadi di SDS Ulul Albab.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, lokasi penelitian ini di SDS Ulul Albab. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal yang menjadi Upaya yang harus dilakukan Kepala Madrasah dalam menangani konflik yang terjadi, Pertama: memberikan pemahaman terhadap guru mengenai peraturan yang ada. Kedua: mengadakan kegiatan pembinaan, pelatihan hingga guru bisa memberikan yang terbaik untuk siswa. Ketiga: kepala sekolah menyeleksi latar belakang guru mengenai pendidikannya, dan juga bagaimana komitmennya terhadap semua siswa. Keempat: menegur guru ketika melakukan kesalahan serta memberikan nasehat padanya agar lebih memahami peraturan yang ada.

Data management still uses a manual system and is not effective in determining who is entitled to receive BPNT and who is not. The method used in the decision support system for Social Assistance for Non-cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is the ARAS method to make it easier to identify who is eligible to receive and who is not. support Based on the weight value obtained in the assessment process. The criteria for determining BPNT assistance include: occupation, number of dependents, income, home ownership, electric power and age. For testing using the Black Box method using the Boundary Value technique focusing on errors. The programming language used is PHP or Hypertext Preprocessor.
  

This research was conducted to test the effect of variables of Company Size, Fee Audit, AuditTenure, and Rotation audit on Audit Quality. The sample in this study amounted to 59 primaryconsumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020which were selected based on purposive sampling methods and also referred to the selectedcriteria. The sample data was obtained by 59 companies with a total sample of 177. The qualityof audits in the study was measured using a proxy of the size of a public accounting firm. Theanalysis technique used is logistic regression with a significance rate of 5%. The results showedthat (1) The Size of the Company had a significant positive effect on audit quality (2) Fee Audithad a significant effect on audit quality (3) audit tenure had no significant effect Positive toAudit Quality (4) Audit Rotation has no effect on Audit Quality.
 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, ownership structure, effectiveness of the audit committee, solvabilitas on timeliness in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research year period used is 4 years, namely the 2016-2021 period. The population of this study includes all consumer-based industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2021 period. The sampling technique used a population sampling technique. Based on the criteria set, 17 companies were obtained, the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of the research simultaneously show that profitability, ownership structure, audit committee effectiveness and solvency have an effect on timeliness. Meanwhile, if partially tested, it shows that profitability, ownership structure, audit committee effectiveness and solvency have no significant effect on timeliness.
 

This research was conducted using secondary data on financial statements that have been published through the official website of each bank by downloading financial report data. The population in this study are Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2015-2020. By using non-probability sampling method, the total sample obtained in this study is 36 data from 6 Islamic commercial banks. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using Eviews software version 10 and Microsoft Excel 2016. Based on the research, it shows that leverage, profitability, firm size, firm age, and liquidity together have an influence on the disclosure of Islamic social reporting ( ISR).

The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

This research aims to find out the strength of proofing authentic deed copies issued by Notary protocol holders.  A copy can be trusted if in accordance with the original, the judge can order to show the original in advance of the trial with the approval of the Regional Supervisory Board. Notary protocol holders may issue copies.  That a copy of the deed without minuta deed as a unit has no legal position especially as a means of evidence in civil cases. Minuta lost deed then the evidentiary force is submitted to the judge's consideration with a  copy providing preliminary proof.  The nature of prudence and transparency must be owned by notaries, should be in maintaining notary protocols, Notaries have tips so that protocols can be taken care of neatly and maintained This is because Notaries are officials who provide services to the community so that the community is calm and feel safe to have authentic evidence. The purpose of this study is to examine the strength of the proof of a copy of a deed made or issued by a non-Notary at the time the act was made, especially if the published copy does not have a deed minuta or the deed is lost. It vanishes where this is not the focus of the three previous studies above.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan pembuktian Salinan akta autentik yang dikeluarkan oleh pemegang protokol Notaris. Salinan dapat dipercaya jika sesuai dengan yang aslinya, hakim dapat memerintahkan untuk menunjukan aslinya dimuka persidangan dengan persetujuan Majelis Pengawas Daerah. Pemegang protokol Notaris dapat mengeluarkan salinan akta. Bahwa Suatu salinan akta tanpa minuta akta sebagai satu kesatuan tidak memiliki kedudukan hukum terlebih sebagai alat bukti dalam perkara perdata. Minuta akta yang hilang maka kekuatan pembuktianya diserahkan kepada pertimbangan hakim dengan salinan memberikan pembuktian permulaan. Sifat kehati-hatian serta ketelitianya wajib dimiliki oleh Notaris, seharusnya dalam menjaga protokol Notaris, Notaris mempunyai kiat-kiat agar protokol dapat terurus dengan rapih dan terjaga Hal ini disebabkan Notaris merupakan pejabat yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat agar masyarakat tenang dan merasa aman untuk memiliki alat bukti yang autentik.
