Character education in elementary schools requires special attention to apply it in the lives of students in order to form a strong noble character foundation attitude, environmental problems often occur in Indonesia and the lack of environmental awareness by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Siasem 04, thus students can carry out any of the following: one character value, namely caring for the environment in daily life, in developing efforts to improve the surrounding environment.
This study aims to describe the implementation of character education caring for the social and non-social environment, and various kinds of obstacles that exist in SD Negeri Siasem 04. Using qualitative research types. The primary data of the study were students, while the secondary data were the principal and teachers, as well as other supporting documents. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources.
The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum,

c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

APPAREL ONE INDONESIA untuk menghitung sebuah outputan harus di lakukan dengan manual atau dengan menekan satu persatu, maka dari itu peneliti memecahkan solusi dengan membuat sistem penghitungan barang otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem utama dirancang menggunakan Sensor ultrasonik,sensor berat dan Nodemcu esp8266. Dengan metode prototype untuk mensimulasikan sistem ini sebelum di terapkan di lapangan produksi untuk mengetahui cara kerja sistem. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan cara object didekatkan dengan sensor ultrasonik dan berat untuk mengetahui jumlah barang secara otomatis yang dihasilkan setiap harinya, tanpa harus melakukan penghitungan secara manual. This community service is carried out to introduce the brand that has been owned by Bukit Tegal Santun to the wider community. This PKM service activity uses a participatory community empowerment approach or Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which is an in-process approach method. From the activities that have been carried out, the activity participants, namely the managers of Bukit Tegal Santun understand the importance of a brand, namely that a brand is able to distinguish the types of services and services provided by competitors. With a brand that is increasingly known to the wider community, it is hoped that it will increase tourists to Bukit Tegal Santun.

The covid pandemic has had a major impact on the business of a state-owned airline that has awards in the world of international aviation, namely Garuda Indonesia. This big impact is in the form of a decrease in flight activities so that it affects airline revenues due to regulations issued by the government such as lock down, social distancing and others. From this regulation, Garuda Indonesia's airline business suffered losses. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the cause of the loss of the airline PT. Garuda Indonesia. 2) To find out the impact of the loss of the airline PT. Garuda Indonesia against aircraft operations at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection instruments were interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents at Garuda Indonesia and the air transportation unit at the Airport Authority Office IV. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researchers carried out 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that 1) There are 3 factors that cause losses to Garuda Indonesia airline, namely the covid pandemic, aircraft rental financing and corruption cases in the procurement of ATR and Bombardier aircraft. 2) The impact given to GA's losses in terms of operations, there are 2 factors, namely operating activities which are few compared to the time slot owned by Garuda Indonesia, which is certainly different from the period before the covid pandemic, and a reduction in the operational route of Garuda Indonesia aircraft, namely BDO-DPS which did not propose this route for operation in 2022 with the reason to reduce Garuda Indonesia's cost burden which is certainly different from the period before covid, this route was operated.

Fashion muslim pada beberapa dekade terakhir mendapat perhatian besar dan banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran fashion dan beberapa faktornya terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengujian model dan hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan 180 responden dengan populasi yang merupakan wanita berusia antara 18-55 tahun yang berdomisili di Indonesia yang beragama Islam dan dalam keseharian menggunakan pakaian muslim. Hipotesis penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber pengetahuan fashion muslim, gaya berpakaian dan keunikan fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim. Kesadaran fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim. Namun motivasi fashion muslim tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim.
 
 
 

Penelitian Analisis Perbandingan Petani Kopi Petik Merah Sebelum dan Sesudah Covid-19 di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah Covid-19 yang ada di Kabupaten Kepahiang. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada bulan Maret tahun 2022 di Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang dengan kelompok tani kopi yang terdapat di Kawasan Kabawetan. Analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t untuk sampel berpasangan atau dengan istilah Paired Sampels T Test yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata diantara dua sampel yang berpasangan. Uji Paired Sampels T Test ini digunakan terhadap 61 responden petani kopi yang ada di Kawasan Kabawetan.Berdasarkan uji paired sample t-tes dapat di lihat bahwa data variabel dari pendatan sebelum Covid-19 memiliki rata-rata 29.597.639,3607, standar deviasi 15.846.300,94802, standar kesalahan rata-rata 2.028.910,93186. Banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 61. Pendapatan sesudah Covid-19 memiliki rata-rata 29.751.864,0164, standar deviasi 14.713.442,37945, standar kesalahan rata-rata 1.883.863,25534. Banyaknya sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 61. Hasil uji beda rata-rata menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 adalah sebesar 0,822 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 : ditolak dan H1: diterima. Dan bisa di simpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan petani kopi petik merah sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19.

Regional Water Company (It’s call PDAM) running the company well, especially the increase in the company's performance. PDAM performance as the Regional Owned Enterprises (enterprises) influenced by PDAM ability to pay debts of the company. It is known that the debts PDAM Semarang enough to affect the revenues and costs,  water treatment that requires no small cost that makes spending much of the income (profit) derived from the sale of water of PDAM Semarang city. Improvements continue dilalukan so that the performance of PDAM Semarang city increased through the classification level of success PDAM. The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of financial performance PDAM  of Semarang city  based Kepmendagri No. 47 of 1999 from the year 2011 up to 2012. Based on the assessment of performance has been analyzed, that the value obtained for the year 2011 and the year 2012 is 35 with a weighting of 27.25%.
Judging from the values obtained and the weight is known that the performance of financial performance PDAM Semarang is well in the year 2011 to the year 2012, but otherwise has not reached its maximum value and performance weight based Kepmendagri No. 47 of 1999 which is the value of 60.
 
 
 

Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini pembelajaran tetap harus dilakukan meskipun melalui daring. Oleh karena itu peserta didik perlu diberikan berbagai pilihan media untuk mendukung proses belajarnya, salah satunya yaitu melalui tayangan video jelajah virtual Tamsya Edukasi Daring. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sensasi jalan-jalan langsung bagi peserta didik di tempat-tempat wisata yang belum pernah dikunjungi. Terutama tempat-tempat wisata yang berbiaya mahal. Sasaran dari program ini yaitu Bimbel dan TPQ Amanah di Kecematan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, yang mana sebagian besar peserta didik di tempat tersebut merupakan kalangan masyarakat menengah ke bawah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah penentuan lokasi wisata, pengambilan gambar di tempat wisata yang dituju, penyatuan gambar menjadi bentuk video, pengisian suara, penyuntingan akhir video, penayangan hasil video ke peserta didik, dan pengisian angket respons oleh peserta didik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu berupa video dari berbagai tempat, dan buku pedoman pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian. Kemudian dengan adanya hasil video tamasya edukasi daring ini dapat menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran yang sudah disesuaikan dengan kurikulum.

This study aims to determine the significant effect of role ambiguity on employee performance at the Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives, Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Cooperatives for Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency, totaling 51 people consisting of 30 Civil Servants and 21 Honorary Employees. The sampling technique in this study was done by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and t test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that role ambiguity had a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency.

Concept of leadership evolved from the traditional view of leadership (i.e. Great Man Theory) to more radical concept of leadership (i.e. transformational leadership). Research developments have accelerated the emergence of new theories about leadership. Unfortunately, academic studies that discuss about the association between leadership and power in order to achieve organizational goals are very little. This article proposes an integration model of leadership, power, influence tactics to achieve organizational outcomes.
