Pandemic situation COVID-19, which all employee  have shift of work actively, so much have influence to insentive income  totall. Forgetting to do a finger print when you come home from school and not being able to use the finger print tool is a daily problem. This can affect the amount of additional income that employees receive each month. The purpose of the study, for the basis of evaluating the level of discipline through an information technology system, is the use of digitally recording employee attendance levels. The research uses the implementation theory of Edwards III, with indicators of resources, disposition, communication, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that communication was good and carried out intensively. Resource field, well done to reduce attendance list manipulation. Disposition indicators are quite good, namely helping employees to be disciplined. The bureaucratic structure is quite good, always prepare tissue near the finger print tool.AbstrakDisiplin merupakan kewajiban moral. Ada pegawai dan guru di SMPN 3 Jrengik  datang  terlambnat dan pulang lebih awal. Kondisi pandemi COVID-19  di mana semua pegawai dibagi jam  aktifnya di sekolah, maka semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah tambahan penghasilan. Lupa melakukan finger print waktu datang sampai pulang sekolah dan tidak bisa digunakannya alat finger print menjadi persoalan kesehararian. Hal ini bisa mempengaruhi jumlah tambahan penghasilan yang diterima pegawai setiap bulannya. Tujuan penelitian,untuk dasar evaluasi terhadap tinkat kedisiplinan melalui sistem teknologi informasi yaitu penggunaan perekaman tingkat kehadiran pegawai secara digital. Penelitian menggunakan teori implementasi dari Edwards III, dengan indikator sumber daya, disposisi, komunikasi,dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi sudah baik serta  dilakukan intensif. Bidang sumber daya, cukup baik dilakukan untuk mengurangi manipulasi daftar hadir. Indikator disposisi, cukup baik yakni membantu pegawai  bersikap disiplin. Struktur birokrasi cukup baik selalu menyiapkan tisu  di dekat alat  finger print.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode debat dan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas V SD N Kecipir 01 Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk metode debat dan media audio visual dilakukan dengan tes berupa tes lisan yang terdiri dari pretest dan posttest. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 siswa tetapi dibagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah siswa n sebanyak 24 siswa setiap kelas. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dari hasil uji t dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16, f signifikansi s < 0,05, dari hasil perhitungan diketahui signifikansi s 0,001 < 0,05 maka t dapat dikatakan ada pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga variabel metode debat dan media audio visual berpengaruh. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh metode debat dan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas V SD N Kecipir 01 Brebes.

This research is based on the many types of student writing errors and the inability to distinguish letters in 1st grade at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ikhsan in Baleraja Village, Pilangsari Kasun.  The purpose of this research was to improve children's ability to recognize letters of the alphabet by employing the use of media. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) involving 13 students from Madrasah Ibtaaiyah Nurul Ikhsan, Class I. This study's instrument is an observation guide, and its technique is a descriptive quantitative approach. Using the KARSUN (arrangement-based cartoon) medium appears to improve the capacity to recognize alphabetic letters, as demonstrated by the study's findings. The results of the observation activity (pre-cycle) yielded a percentage of 7.7%, the results of the first cycle (pretest) yielded a percentage of 23.1%, and the results of the second cycle (posttest) yielded a larger percentage that met the criteria for developing as expected and exceedingly well, namely 53.8%. The ability of grade I (one) students of Madrasah Ibtaiyah Nurul Ikhsan to recognize the letters of the alphabet can thus be enhanced by employing KARSUN (arrangement-based cartoon) media.

Character education in elementary schools requires special attention to apply it in the lives of students in order to form a strong noble character foundation attitude, environmental problems often occur in Indonesia and the lack of environmental awareness by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Siasem 04, thus students can carry out any of the following: one character value, namely caring for the environment in daily life, in developing efforts to improve the surrounding environment.
This study aims to describe the implementation of character education caring for the social and non-social environment, and various kinds of obstacles that exist in SD Negeri Siasem 04. Using qualitative research types. The primary data of the study were students, while the secondary data were the principal and teachers, as well as other supporting documents. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources.
The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum,

c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. Aviation Security (Avsec) menurut Peraturan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara adalah petugas keamanan yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga dan menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, keteraturan dan efisiensi penerbangan di seluruh area Bandar Udara, perlindungan terhadap awak pesawat udara, para penumpang, petugas di darat, masyarakat dan instansi yang berada di Bandar Udara agar terhindar dari tindakan melawan hukum dan memenuhi standar peraturan yang ada di penerbangan baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengawasan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, sistem kerja unit Aviation Security dan peralatan pendukung yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengawasan.
                Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan tinjauan atau pengamatan di unit Aviation Security.Wawancara dalam penelitian ini adalah para personel unit Aviation SecurityBandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende. Dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data SOP Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende, Airport Security Programe, SOP Pengamanan Bandar Udara, SOP Patroli Bandar Udara, SOP Acces Control dan foto kejadian yang ditemukan di unit Aviation Security Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende.
Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengawasan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende oleh unit Aviation Security telah menjalankan tanggung jawab terhadap keteraturan dan efisiensi penerbangan di semua area Bandar Udara dengan mengacu kepada standard operating procedure maupun regulasi Nasional. Dalam melakukan pengawasan unit Aviation security juga dibantu oleh unit terkait seperti KKP, Bangland dan Apron Movement Control sehingga dapat terciptanya situasi penerbangan yang aman, nayaman dan efisien. Sistem kerja di unit Aviation Security dilakukan secara bergilir dengan jam yang berbeda, terdiri dari shift pagi, shift siang dan shift malam. Peralatan pendukung personel Aviation Security melaksanakan tugasnya adalah Hand Health Metal Detector, Walk Through Metal Detector, Mesin X-Ray, Explosive Detector, Kendaraan Patroli, CCTV, HT, dan Kotak Prohibited Item.

Pembuatan laporan keuangan masih menggunakan program Microsoft Excel yang tidak otomatis sehingga mengharuskan bagian administrasi membuat rumus-rumus excel dahulu. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut maka penulis membuat perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi arus kas perusahaan dagang dengan metode langsung di Apotek Sinom Sehat agar didalam proses pencatatan dan perhitungan arus kas di Apotek Sinom Sehat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.
