This study aims to analyze the completeness of inpatient medical record filing using a literature review method. A total of 10 articles were selected from journal databases, grey literature, and hand searching. The research findings indicate variation in the percentage of medical record completeness among the analyzed articles, with some showing high completeness rates and others showing low completeness rates. Factors contributing to incompleteness include errors in form filling and insufficient understanding among medical staff regarding the importance of medical record completeness. Recommendations from this study include the necessity to enhance medical staff's understanding of the medical record filling process, as well as the implementation of better policies and training to ensure optimal completeness in medical documentation. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing the completeness of inpatient medical records and provides a basis for developing strategies to improve the quality of healthcare services in hospitals.

Demand for additional electric power increases as electricity demand increases, but the process is often hampered by obstacles in the operational workflow. The main objective of this research is to analyze operational risks in kWh addition services using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method using the 5 Why technique and fishbone diagram. The RCA method equipped with a fishbone diagram will produce a mapping of the causes of operational risk obstacles in the PT XYZ kWh addition service in a structured manner. In the process, the author identifies and analyzes the various risks faced, and proposes improvements aimed at improving service quality. Based on the results of the research analysis, there are two operational risks related to kWh addition, namely: the migration process of postpaid kWh meters to prepaid meters and the use of electricity by customers who exceed the contracted power. The conclusion shows that most of the operational risks come from customer behavior. Proposed improvements include increasing the frequency of inspections, proactive planning for power additions, and transparency of information to customers. The results of this report are expected to make a positive contribution to operational risk management at PT XYZ and improve customer satisfaction.

Pencatatan akun beban dan pendapatan merupakan elemen penting dalam akuntansi yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyoroti urgensi pencatatan yang akurat dan tepat waktu pada kedua akun tersebut, serta pengaruhnya terhadap penyusunan laporan laba rugi dan pengambilan keputusan strategis oleh manajemen. Melalui analisis struktur beban dan pendapatan, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan dan merancang strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi informasi dalam sistem akuntansi modern terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses pencatatan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengelolaan yang baik atas akun beban dan pendapatan tidak hanya mendukung kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi, tetapi juga memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga stabilitas finansial perusahaan. Lebih jauh, hal ini berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan operasional perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi akuntansi yang canggih dan melakukan evaluasi berkala, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan daya saing sekaligus memastikan transparansi dan keandalan laporan keuangan.

This study aims to determine the influence of clothing advertising on shopee on the shopping interest of PR C students of the Faculty of Communication Sciences UIN Susuka Riau class of 2022. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression using the SSPS program. Based on the results of data analysis, a correlation or relationship (R) value was obtained of 0.674 (67.4%). This value indicates that there is a strong correlation or relationship between advertising and interest. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the ttable > tcount was 5.075 > 2.039. Therefore, clothing advertisements on shopee have a significant influence on the purchase intention of students of the Communication Science Department of PR C class Class of 2022 UIN Suska Riau.

The high birth rate in Indonesia is one of the major problems and requires special attention in handling it. One form of special attention from the government in overcoming the high birth rate is implementing comprehensive family planning. The national family planning movement is prepared to build optimal human resources, characterized by increasing community participation in meeting the needs to be able to build prosperous families in the context of family planning services. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between family support and the participation of Women of Childbearing Age in the Family Planning Program at the Aramo Health Center, Aramo District, South Nias in 2023. The results of the cross-tabulation study showed a relationship between family support and the participation of women of childbearing age in the family planning program at the Aroma Health Center, South Nias in 2023 with a P value of 0.000 (P value <0.005), so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Suggestions for midwifery services to provide education to increase family support with the participation of women of childbearing age.

Indonesia is a country with a vast diversity of cultures, religions, and ethnicities, which makes it one of the most pluralistic societies in the world. Multicultural education is present as a strategic approach to instill the values of tolerance, inclusion, and social harmony in the midst of this diversity. This article explores the nature of multicultural education in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic education, which emphasizes respect for differences as part of the sunnatullah. Through literature research methods, this article discusses the concept, implementation, and challenges of multicultural education in the national education system. The results of the study show that multicultural education can be implemented through the development of diversity-based curriculum, teacher training to manage multicultural classrooms, and the creation of an inclusive educational environment. The Islamic perspective provides a strong philosophical and normative foundation to support multicultural education, such as the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith that emphasize the importance of tolerance and intercultural dialogue. However, the implementation of multicultural education faces challenges, including cultural resistance from exclusivity groups and limited resources in schools, especially in remote areas. This article recommends strengthening the socialization of multicultural values, developing contextual teaching materials, increasing teacher training, and allocating adequate resources as solutions to overcome these challenges. By integrating Islamic values in multicultural education, Indonesia can build a generation that is tolerant, inclusive, and able to maintain social harmony in the midst of diversity. This article contributes to enriching the discourse of multicultural education and offers practical solutions for its implementation.

This study examines the impact of green talent management practices on HR performance quality in eco-friendly hotels in Central Java, Indonesia, using a phenomenological approach. Through in-depth interviews with 24 participants across six star-rated hotels, direct observation, document analysis, and focus group discussions, the research explores how green HRM practices influence employee performance and career development opportunities for young talent. The findings reveal that eco-friendly hotels have implemented various green talent management practices including environmentally-conscious recruitment, sustainability training, green performance management, and employee involvement in environmental initiatives. These practices positively impact multiple dimensions of employee performance: task performance through improved resource efficiency; contextual performance through enhanced teamwork; adaptive performance through increased innovation capability; and environmental performance through strengthened pro-environmental behaviors. The effectiveness of these practices is influenced by top management commitment, integration with business strategy, training quality, organizational culture, and resource availability. Young employees perceive involvement in green initiatives as valuable for developing leadership skills, expanding professional networks, and enhancing market competitiveness, although they identify the need for clearer sustainability-focused career paths. The study contributes to GHRM and talent management literature by explicating the mechanisms linking green talent management with performance outcomes in the hospitality industry context, while providing practical implications for hotel managers seeking to enhance both environmental sustainability and human resource performance. The research underscores the importance of a holistic approach to green talent management that aligns environmental priorities with employee development and organizational strategy.

This study aims to examine the impact of social media on the religiosity of students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), focusing on both the positive and negative effects, as well as the factors influencing these outcomes. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, relying on literature review and data collection through observations of social media use in students' religious activities. The findings indicate that social media can strengthen religiosity by providing access to religious content, forming religious communities, and enhancing religious knowledge. However, challenges such as the spread of hoaxes and the diversion of attention from worship also exist. In conclusion, careful management of social media is essential to maximize its positive impact on students' religiosity. The study recommends improving digital religious literacy, critical religious education, and guidance in social media use.

Abstrak . Latar Belakang: Fasilitas layanan kesehatan memegang peranan penting dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan yang bermutu, termasuk pencatatan dan pelaporan rekam medis yang terpadu. Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan yang andal sangat penting untuk memastikan ketersediaan data medis yang akurat, mendukung evaluasi layanan kesehatan, dan menyederhanakan proses administrasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan rekam medis di fasilitas layanan kesehatan, dengan fokus khusus pada struktur dan implementasi sistem tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka naratif. Data dikumpulkan dari 10 artikel ilmiah yang diambil melalui Google Scholar berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Ekstraksi dan sintesis data dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan rekam medis di fasilitas layanan kesehatan menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, prevalensi dokumentasi manual yang rentan terhadap kehilangan data, dan implementasi teknologi informasi yang belum optimal. Beberapa fasilitas kesehatan telah memulai adopsi sistem digital untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pelaporan. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan yang efektif, regulasi yang lebih kuat, dan peningkatan kapasitas teknologi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan implementasi sistem rekam medis di fasilitas kesehatan.

Peneltiian ini berfokus pada transformasi kelompok bermain menuju Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI) di Indonesia, yang merupakan pendekatan komprehensif dalam mendukung perkembangan anak dengan mengintegrasikan aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, gizi, pengasuhan, dan perlindungan. Fenomena ini mencermintakn pergeseran paradigma dalam pengelolaan dan penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan terpenuhinya hak-hak dasar anak. Melalui analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tren penelitian, kontribusi teoretis, faktor-fakotr yang mempengaruhi transformasi, serta gap yang ada dalam literatur terkait. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dalam jumlah penelitian terkait PAUD HI, dengan penekanan pada pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung, kesadaran pemangku kepentingan, dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Meskipun demikian, terapat kekosongan penelitian dalam evaluasi jangka panjang dan pedoman praktis untuk implementasi PAUD HI. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan lebih mendalam dan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk mendukung pengambangan PAUD yang lebih holistik dan integratif di Indonesia.
