This study aimed to analyze the production of chitosan-encapsulated vicenin-2 extracted from basil leaves and its effect on non-small cell carcinoma lung cancer. Vicenin-2 Extract from Chitosan-Encapsulated basil (Ocimum sanctum Linn.) leaf extract is produced by library research and laboratory practice. In non-small cell carcinoma lung cancer, vicenin-2, one of the components in basil leaves, and chitosan capsules, which are deacetylated chitin, had a substantial anticancer effect. It is required to investigate the effectiveness and safety of basil leaf powder containing mostly vicenin-2 and encapsulated in chitosan capsules.

The case fatality rate caused by Covid-19 in Indonesia is around 2.9%. The death rate by age group is from all Covid-19 patients who died, including 0.5% aged 0-5 years, 0.5% aged 6-18 years, 2.8% aged 19-30 years, 12.7 % were aged 31–45 years, 36.8% were aged 46–59 years, and 46.7% were aged 60 years and over. With the large number of cases that occurred in Indonesia, it turned out to be due to the lack of proper handling of the early symptoms of the Covid-19 virus. To overcome this, it is needed as a tool for early detection of the Covid-19 variant by using the CBR-AHP expert system with the Sorgenfrei algorithm. The results of the consultation for the early detection of the Covid-19 variant were obtained from the highest similarity value of Sorgenfrei. Of all the variants found above, the highest similarity value of Sorgenfrei is Omicron with a similarity of 1,000. Omicron has the highest value because it has a value of a, which is the same symptom between old cases and large new cases.

Peneliti yang ingin melakukan penelitian di Subang harus memiliki rekomendasi penelitian berupa Surat Keterangan Penelitian (SKP), yang dapat diperoleh dengan mengajukannya di kantor Bakesbangpol dengan mengisi formulir, menyerahkan fotokopi KTP, dan pas foto 3x4. Namun, penerapan SKP saat ini cukup memakan waktu. Setelah penelitian selesai, peneliti harus menyerahkan hasil penelitian ke Bakesbangpol untuk diteruskan ke Bagian Litbang BP4D Subang. Adapun tugas R&D adalah mengelola dokumen penelitian dan melacak kemajuan penelitian di Subang. Tugas R&D lainnya adalah mempublikasikan sejarah perkembangan R&D, hasil R&D, berita & artikel, agenda, dokumentasi foto terkait R&D, dan SOP & landasan hukum R&D. Namun, sejauh ini R&D hanya bisa menggunakan WhatsApp untuk melakukannya. Dari uraian di atas, penulis bertujuan untuk membangun E-R&D dan Layanan Rekomendasi Penelitian Online. Fathurrasyid Ibrahim adalah mahasiswa program studi sistem informasi 2018 yang mengembangkan sistem ini menggunakan Scrum dengan pendekatan Agile Model. Hasilnya adalah E-R&D dan Layanan Rekomendasi Riset Online. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box yang menunjukkan fungsionalitas 100%, dan penilaian UAT dengan total hasil 95,62%.

Pendidikan Islam yang moderat dapat mencegah peserta didik untuk berperilaku radikal baik dalam sikap maupun pemikiran, sehingga out-put dari lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan adanya pendidikan Islam berbasis moderasi ini dapat berimplikasi kepada pemahaman semua umat Islam untuk menerima segala bentuk perbedaan dalam keagamaan dan dapat menghargai keyakinan yang diyakini oleh orang lain. Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qarnain Jember merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional yang berpahamkan ahlus sunnah wal jamā’ah, Iklim moderasi dalam kehidupan di lingkungan pesantren sangat terasa sekali. Mulai dari kurikulum pesantren yang sangat berhati-hati agar tidak menjadi penyebab serta menjadi sarana menyebarnya paham radikalisme, juga beberapa aturan yang lebih kepada tindakan preventif (sadz al-dzari’ah). Berdasarkan inilah, peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam tentang internalisasi nilai-nilai wasaţiyyah kitab al-Khāśaiś Al-‘Āmmah li al-Islām dalam membentuk karakter moderat di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qarnain Jember. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) menganalisis bentuk nilai-nilai wasaţiyyah dalam kitab al-Khāśaiś Al-‘Āmmah li al-Islām; dan 2) menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai-nilai wasathiyah dalam kitab al-Khāśaiś Al-‘Āmmah li al-Islām dalam membentuk karakter moderat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian berupa penelitian lapangan (field research), yaitu di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qarnain Jember. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara: triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan peningkatan ketekunan.

Hubungan agama dan negara menjadi sebuah kajian yang selalu eksis untuk dikaji, apalagi di negara Indonesia yang sangat majemuk warga negaranya. Dimana Pancasila mampu untuk menjadi ikatan persatuan dalam negara. Pancasila merupakan gagasan besar yang mampu membawa Indonesia merdeka, tidak hanya itu Pancasila merupakan sebuah dasar falsafah Negara, ideologi Negara dan sekaligus sumber utama dari segala sumber keputusan dan hukum di Negara Indonesia. Akan tetapi pada sekitar tahun 1980-an Pancasila juga banyak menuai kontroversi. Dari pemikirannya yang cemerlang, Pancaila akhirnya diterima sebagai asas tunggal negara Indonesia. Fokus masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) Bagaimana hubungan Islam dan Negara? 2) Bagaimana pandangan Mahfud MD tentang Islam dan Negara di Indonesia? Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) Mengkaji hubungan Islam dan Negara dalam Negara hukum. 2) Menelaah dan mengkaji bagaimana pemikiran Mahfud MD tentang Islam dan negara di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan, yang memusatkan serta membatasi kegiatannya pada kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data tanpa melakukan riset di lapangan. Maka sumber data yang diperoleh dengan menelusuri literatur-literatur dan media-media, yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian. Terutama terkait relasi agama dan negara, terkhusus relasi agama dan negara dalam pemikiran Mahfud MD. Hubungan antara agama dan Negara yang harmonis senantiasa menghadirkan kenyamanan terhadap hubungan masyarakat dalam berbangsa dan bernegara, hal itu di Indonesia dapat dipahami pada sila pertama yang berbunyi “Ketuhanan yang maha esa”. Oleh karenanya Hubungan Agama dan Negara yang ada di Indonesia telah diperjelas dalam beberapa pasal-pasal dalam UUD yaitu: Pasal 28E UUD bahwa: “Setiap orang bebas memeluk agama dan beribadat menurut agamanya ”. Dengan sistem aturan yang demikian, maka seluruh warga negara dapat hidup berdampingan dan saling menghormati dalam perbedaan. Mahfud MD memiliki pandangan bahwa keterlibatan secara aktif dalam proses legislasi dari seluruh elemen pemeluk agama ini sangat penting, sebab pada kenyatannya hukum itu merupakan produk politik sehingga politik menjadi sangat independent bahkan determinan atas hukum. Sebagai produk politik hukum itu merupakan kristalisasi kehendak-kehendak politik yang saling berinteraksi dan saling bersaingan yang kemudian lahir sebagai kesepakatan politik. Apa yang kemudian dikenal sebagai hukum dalam arti peraturan umum yang abstrak dan mengikat sebenarnya tidak lain dari hasil pertarungan aspirasi politik. Dengan demikian maka segala bentuk proses musyawarah yang dilakukan,  dapat menjadi tolak ukur harmonisasi warga negara dalam menjalani kehidupan, utamanya saling menghormati dalam memeluk keyakinan sesama warga negara di Indonesia.

The COVID-19 pandemic is becoming an international threat. In order to overcome this, the Indonesian government has implemented a social distancing policy. However, the realization of the policies that exist to date has not run uniformly in relation to social distancing and social assistance that has not been received directly by the community. Therefore it is necessary to control the implementation process of policies that have been issued by the Government. This research is a normative legal research and empirical law with a normative juridical approach. The data obtained in this research is in the form of literature study and interviews. The data that has been collected is then presented in the form of descriptions which are arranged systematically following the flow of systematic discussion.

The motivation behind this study was to decide the impact of the nature of unrefined components and creation processes on the nature of creation at PKS Darmex Agro Bengkayang West Kalimantan to some extent and all the while. The Research that entitled “The Influence of Interest Rate and Earnings Percapita To Saving In Banyumas Regency”. Data that used are secondary data : interest rate of deposit at public bank, GDRB according to Constant price in Banyumas Regency, sum up resident in Banyumas Regency, saving of Banyumas sociedy, period of year time are 2016-2021 aims to 1) partial analyzing the influence of interest rate an earning per capita to saving in Banyumas Regency (2) knowing the most factor effects to saving in Banyumas Regency.
The Result of analyzing during period 2016-2021 shows :

Saving mean in Banyumas Regency during the research period are Rp. 1.634,683 milliar, the mean of interest rate are 19,50%. The mean of Earnings percapita during the research period are Rp. 1.498.677,- its better than minimum regional wage, it’s mentioned indicate that the good enough society Banyumas earnings.
The correlation coefficient show that the variable of interest rate has a strong relation with saving, its mentioned of 0,596, The correlation coefficient of earnings percapita with saving are 0,943. It’s mean that retation of variable of earnings percapita has the strong relation with saving.
Partial effects from independent variable show that interest rate and earnings percapita have a significant effect. Earnings percapita is a most effect to saving its show by significance of alpha 0,000 and t value is 6,951 its above of t tables 2,18 interest rate has t value 3,238 with the significance of alpha 0,017.
Simultan effects show that independent variable (interest rate and earnings percapita) have an effect to saving with significance of alpha 5%, it’s mentioned proved with the F value 40,259 bigger than F tables 3,86 and with significances of alpha 0,000.
Based on elasticity of earnings percapita have a biggest effect to saving with the value 1,314.

Therefore, government of Banyumas Regency suggested to make-up of earnings percapita so that saving in Banyumas Regency can increase.

Located at the Tlagah village hall, more than 200 residents made KTPs and around 100 more made birth certificates. The realization of this program departs from the fact that there are still many residents of Tlagah village who do not have ID cards, especially the elderly, and this becomes a problem when there is assistance from the government because they have to use ID cards. As a result, assistance in the form of money or groceries and other assistance is often misdirected because those who deserve it do not meet the requirements (don't have an ID card). The enthusiasm and warm response was shown by the Tlagah village community. The implementation of this activity was also assisted by the youth, the coordinator and the Tlagah village youth group. They all accompanied and assisted officers when the recording was carried out. Making electronic ID cards for the Tlagah village community, served by a ball pick-up mechanism (mobile service). They don't need to go directly to the office or at the sub-district service house, but officers from the Population and Civil Registration Office come directly to a predetermined location. So that the existence of a service model like this in the future must increase its capacity and reach, such as services for birth certificates and electronic KTP recording in hospitals and other places that facilitate access for the community. With this service model, it is hoped that public awareness about the importance of population documents and civil registration documents will increase. In addition, the presence of this program is intended to make it easier for people to get services from government or private institutions because they already have a resident identity.

A Assistance in the practice of jama' and qashar prayers for the community in the village of Katol Barat Geger Bangkalan. The formulation of the problem raised in this community service activity is related to the weak understanding of the community in the West Katol village of Geger Bangkalan about religion, especially in the ubudiyah problem regarding congregational prayers and qashar. To find alternative solutions to the above, women's fiqh mentoring and training was held. The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1. To equip the community in West Katol Geger Bangkalan village with religious knowledge. 2. Equip the people in the West Katol village of Geger Bangkalan with religious knowledge directly from the source, namely the Koran and hadith. 3. Increase the knowledge and knowledge of the community in West Katol Geger Bangkalan village, especially in ubudiyah issues related to worship. The problem solving framework designed in PKM activities in the form of implementing this training activity is: 1. An explanation of the meaning of jama' and qashar and their arguments. 2. Designing and carrying out assistance for the practice of jama' and qashar prayers for the community as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. 3. Evaluation of training results. Based on interviews, question and answer and direct observation during the activity, this community service activity yielded the following results: first, increased knowledge and understanding of the community in West Katol Geger Bangkalan village, second was equipping the community in West Katol Geger Bangkalan village with religious knowledge related to ubudiyah especially about jama' and qashar, the third is increasing knowledge and knowledge of the community.
