This study aims to analyze the role of local government treasurers in regional financial management, especially in terms of administration and preparation of accountability reports. Based on the importance of accountability and transparency in public financial management, treasurers play a key role in ensuring that regional budget management runs well. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach . review ), where data were obtained from books, journals, laws and regulations, and regional financial reports. The analysis was conducted by exploring various concepts regarding the types of treasurers, their duties and authorities, and the challenges faced in the process of preparing regional financial accountability reports. The results of the study indicate that there are three types of regional government treasurers, namely expenditure treasurers, revenue treasurers, and goods treasurers, each of which has its own duties and roles in managing regional finances. The treasurer's duties include recording, reporting, and accountability for budget use, with great authority in managing regional funds. However, significant challenges are faced in the administration process , such as the complexity of the accounting system and limited competent human resources. In conclusion, to improve the quality of regional financial reports, improvements are needed in the financial information system, increased treasurer competence, and better coordination between treasurers and related agencies. Thus, regional financial management can be more transparent, accountable , and efficient

This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Awareness on the Purchase Intention of consumers of SilverQueen chocolate products in the Tangerang area. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, involving 100 respondents from various demographic backgrounds. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed with SPSS software. The results of the validity test show that all indicators used to measure Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention are valid, with the calculated r value exceeding the table r value and significance below 0.05. The reliability test shows a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.936, indicating that the questionnaire has very good consistency. The normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests indicate that the regression model meets the classical assumptions. The results of the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis indicate that Brand Awareness contributes 11.9% to Purchase Intention. The t-test shows that Brand Awareness has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention, with a calculated t value of 3.630, greater than the t-table value, and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. These findings confirm that the higher the level of Brand Awareness, the greater the likelihood that consumers will purchase SilverQueen products. This research provides valuable insights for the company in designing effective marketing strategies, emphasizing the importance of increasing Brand Awareness to boost consumer purchase interest.
 
 

This research investigates the role of teachers in enhancing the education of children with special needs at the Maulana Nadiqu Foundation in Rantauprapat. Inclusive education has become a primary focus in efforts to ensure that every child, regardless of differences in ability or disability, can access a quality education. Although there is a new policy in Indonesia that prohibits the selection of students based on special needs at the primary level, challenges remain in effectively implementing inclusive education. The main objective of this research is to identify the role of teachers in supporting children with special needs within the context of inclusive education, as well as to explore the methods and strategies used by teachers in addressing these special needs. The research method used includes a qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of participatory observation and in-depth interviews with teachers, parents, and students. Data analysis is conducted using thematic techniques to identify patterns, trends, and key themes that emerge from the collected data. The theoretical framework used includes concepts from inclusive education, the role of teachers in special education, and psychological theories related to child development. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the challenges and strategies faced by teachers in the context of inclusive education, as well as their important contributions to improving the quality of education for children with special needs. The implications of this research can be used to inform better educational policies and improve teacher training and education to effectively meet the needs of children with special needs in inclusive educational settings.

 The charcoal briquette business counseling program for the Young Farmers group in Turen Village, Turen District, Malang, East Java, aims to increase young people's awareness and skills in utilizing local potential, creating new jobs, and encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship. The methods include training and mentoring in making charcoal briquettes and producing optimal products. This program has increased participants' knowledge of charcoal briquettes by 88.9% and production skills by 166.7%. A significant impact was seen in the increase in charcoal briquette production from 50 kg/month to 100 kg/month, as well as in the average income of participants by 50%, from IDR 500,000/month to IDR 1,000,000/month. The marketing coverage also expanded from 1 region to 3 regions (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). The success of this program shows the effectiveness of the extension and training methods applied, as well as the potential for developing charcoal briquette businesses as an alternative source of income for young farmers in Turen Village. This program not only increases the economic capacity of participants but also encourages the sustainable use of local resources.ABSTRAKProgram penyuluhan usaha arang briket bagi kelompok Pemuda Tani di Desa Turen, Kecamatan Turen, Malang, Jawa Timur bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan pemuda dalam memanfaatkan potensi lokal, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, serta mendorong inovasi dan kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan arang briket dan menghasilkan produk yang optimal. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang arang briket sebesar 88,9% dan keterampilan produksi sebesar 166,7%. Dampak signifikan terlihat pada peningkatan produksi arang briket dari 50 kg/bulan menjadi 100 kg/bulan, serta peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata peserta sebesar 50%, dari Rp 500.000/bulan menjadi Rp 1.000.000/bulan. Cakupan pemasaran juga meluas dari 1 wilayah menjadi 3 wilayah (Turen, Lawang, Malang Raya). Keberhasilan program ini menunjukkan efektivitas metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diterapkan, serta potensi pengembangan usaha arang briket sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi pemuda tani di Desa Turen. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi peserta, tetapi juga mendorong pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal secara berkelanjutan.

PKM The welder business group aims to improve the local community's economic welfare and environmental awareness to increase family income after the pandemic towards environmentally friendly homes in Tirtosari Village. This program provides welding training to the welder business group, including modern welding techniques and business management. As a result, the income of group members has increased significantly, helping them meet the economic needs of their families. In addition, this program integrates environmentally friendly concepts in production, using green technology and environmentally friendly materials, thereby reducing negative impacts on the environment and increasing the selling value of products. The success of this program is supported by collaboration between the community, government, and academics, who provide continuous support. This PKM has succeeded in increasing family income after the pandemic and prioritizing environmental sustainability, thus creating a sustainable positive impact on the community.ABSTRAKPKM Kelompok usaha welder dalam rangka peningkatan pendapatan keluarga pasca pandemi menuju rumah ramah lingkungan di Desa Tirtosari bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan kepedulian lingkungan masyarakat setempat. Program ini memberikan pelatihan pengelasan kepada kelompok usaha tukang las, termasuk teknik pengelasan modern dan manajemen usaha. Hasilnya, pendapatan anggota kelompok meningkat secara signifikan sehingga membantu mereka memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga. Selain itu, program ini mengintegrasikan konsep ramah lingkungan dalam produksi, menggunakan teknologi hijau dan material ramah lingkungan, sehingga mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan meningkatkan nilai jual produk. Keberhasilan program ini didukung oleh kolaborasi antara masyarakat, pemerintah, dan akademisi yang memberikan dukungan secara berkesinambungan. PKM ini berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga pascapandemi dan mengedepankan kelestarian lingkungan, sehingga menimbulkan dampak positif berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat.

The presence of the State Administrative Courts Judiciary as an administrative law enforcement institution for justice seekers, often encounter obstacles to the implementation/execution of judgments. The decision in question is in the context of the fictitious lawsuit is negative where the nature of the decision is already in Kracht. Against the verdict that already in kracht, State Administrative Courts officials as the losing party often do not want to comply with the content decision from the judges of the State Administrative Court. This can be caused by several factors such as The implementation of the execution arrangement is not clear, then the presence of administrative efforts that are felt is still not effective in creating a deterrent effect, as well as a lack of awareness from State Administrative Courts officials who losing and not wanting to comply with the order of the State Administrative Courts decision is the main obstacle. Problem is the lack of awareness of the obedient attitude can be due to the nature of the State Administrative Courts decision, which is basically upholding self-respect from the losing party. The act of not complying with the content State Administrative Courts decision can be included in the elements of the Contempt of Court act that is regulated in Law Number 14 of 1985 jo Law Number 5 of 2004 concerning Supreme Court. This can certainly have implications for the possibility of criminalization of officials State Administrative Courts for the consequences of the non-compliance.

Budaya siri’ merupakan konsep fundamental dalam kehidupan masyarakat Bugis Makassar yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai menjaga harga diri, kehormatan, dan martabat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis relevansi budaya siri’ dalam perspektif ajaran Al-Qur’an, khususnya terkait nilai-nilai menjaga harga diri sebagai salah satu prinsip akhlak mulia. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis teks terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berhubungan dengan harga diri dan kehormatan, serta kajian budaya lokal siri’. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai siri’ selaras dengan ajaran Al-Qur’an yang menekankan pentingnya menjaga kehormatan diri dan komunitas, menghindari perbuatan tercela, serta menegakkan keadilan dan kebenaran. Selain itu, integrasi budaya siri’ dengan nilai-nilai Islam berpotensi memperkuat identitas masyarakat Bugis Makassar dalam konteks modern, sekaligus melestarikan budaya lokal yang berbasis nilai-nilai agama. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan studi budaya dan agama, serta menjadi inspirasi bagi masyarakat dalam menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual.            

Currently, the Fatayat NU Women's Group in Pamoroh Village, Kadur District, is developing an eco-print batik business using steaming. However, the steaming technique has weaknesses, including the leaf traces being less visible and the leaf color being prone to fading to other fabrics to look like a shadow trace. Hence, the risk of production defects is high. Therefore, as the community service implementation team, we carry out community service activities to solve the problems faced by the Fatayat NU Women's Group. The results of the community service activities that we have carried out are that the efficiency of making ecoprint batik has increased to 100%, 20 or 100% of group members actively participated and attended the training well, the level of participant understanding increased significantly by 94.41% and 100% of group members were able to make ecoprint batik using leaf fermentation techniques and pounding techniques.ABSTRAKSaat ini Kelompok Ibu-Ibu Fatayat NU Desa Pamoroh Kecamatan Kadur sedang mengembangkan usaha batik ecoprint menggunakan teknik steaming. Namun teknik steaming memiliki kelemahan diantaranya adalah jejak daun kurang terlihat jelas dan warna daun rentan luntur ke kain lainnya sehingga terlihat seperti jejak bayangan sehingga risiko cacat produksi tinggi. Oleh karena itu kami sebagai tim pelaksana pengabdian melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian sebagai solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Kelompok Ibu-Ibu Fatayat NU. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah kami laksanakan adalah efisiensi pembuatan batik ecoprint naik menjadi 100%, 20 atau 100% anggota kelompok berpartisipasi aktif dan mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik, tingkat pemahaman peserta naik secara signifikan sebesar 94,41% dan 100% anggota kelompok mampu membuat batik ecoprint dengan teknik fermentasi daun dan teknik pounding.

However, behind these advantages, there are challenges that need to be overcome, one of which is data security and user privacy which is a major issue that must be faced by the financial industry. This study aims to see how regulations help the digital transformation of Indonesia's financial industry (fintech). This study is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research falls into the category of library research.Regulation of the financial technology (fintech) sector is borne by many parties, including the government, non-governmental organisations, and industry players. In Indonesia, institutions such as the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) are responsible for shaping fintech policies and regulations.Regulations serve as a strong foundation to drive digital transformation in the financial industry. Flexible and inventive regulations protect consumers and encourage profitable investments for industry players. A clear legal framework allows financial institutions to innovate and produce financial goods and services that better suit the needs of society.
