The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of accounting information systems, internal control systems and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Selalu Cinta Indonesia. The research location is at PT. Selalu Cinta Indonesia Semarang. Analysis tools use data reduction, presenting data, and verifying conclusions. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses a 5% degree of freedom. The results of the reliability and validity tests show that all question items are reliable and the constructs are valid, besides that the regression meets the model fit. The research results showed that the Accounting Information System (X1) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). Internal Control (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). Work motivation (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y).
 

With technological innovation in the financial sector (Fintech), the development of digital technology has brought great changes to the financial industry. However, behind these advantages, there are challenges that need to be overcome, one of which is data security and user privacy which is a major issue that must be faced by the financial industry. This study aims to see how regulations help the digital transformation of Indonesia's financial industry (fintech). This study is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research falls into the category of library research.Regulation of the financial technology (fintech) sector is borne by many parties, including the government, non-governmental organisations, and industry players. In Indonesia, institutions such as the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) are responsible for shaping fintech policies and regulations.Regulations serve as a strong foundation to drive digital transformation in the financial industry. Flexible and inventive regulations protect consumers and encourage profitable investments for industry players. A clear legal framework allows financial institutions to innovate and produce financial goods and services that better suit the needs of society.

Mangroves on Bengkalis Island experienced a decline between 2000 and 2019. This decrease in mangrove forest area was caused by anthropogenic activities and natural factors, such as coastal erosion. The objective of this study is to assess the current condition of mangroves on Bengkalis Island, Riau, Indonesia. The research was conducted in March 2024 across four rivers on Bengkalis Island, with each river containing three research stations: upstream, midstream, and downstream. Data collection involved capturing aerial photos of mangroves using drones over 100 m x 100 m. The photos were analyzed using the supervised image classification method to identify and assess mangrove land cover. A total of 11 mangrove species were identified along the rivers. The most widely distributed species across all locations were Rhizophora apiculata and Xylocarpus granatum. Canopy cover at all research sites was classified as dense, with coverage exceeding 75%. This study provides crucial information about the condition of mangroves on Bengkalis Island, serving as a guideline for future restoration efforts.

This research aims to identify the reproduction and development of Bryophyta, especially the moss Octoblepharum albidum. Moss is a group of lower plants that play an important role in ecosystems, especially in humid areas such as tropical rainforests. The method used in this research includes observing the morphology and reproduction of moss using a stereo microscope to observe sporangium and spores. The results showed that Octoblepharum albidum has a lance-shaped leaf morphology, pale green in color, and has a thick texture. There are four brown sporangium, each containing more than 200 spores. This research reveals the importance of Bryophyta in maintaining ecosystem balance and as environmental indicators, as well as providing insight into the factors that influence the growth and development of moss in different habitats.

Currently, the traditional market is increasingly being supplanted by numerous online markets. The fierce competition in the online market necessitates excellent service from sellers to buyers. As a result, many online stores now offer round-the-clock service, which can be financially burdensome if handled manually. Chatbots offer a promising solution by automating the online shopping process, thereby reducing costs and enhancing customer service. To address the need for accurate and prompt responses, this study proposes an intelligent chatbot system built on Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically tailored to function as an e-commerce assistant. Integrated seamlessly into the Telegram application, the chatbot efficiently processes user input questions through three essential stages: parsing, pattern matching, and data crawling, all powered by AI technology. Within the AI process, user requests are systematically categorized into three primary domains: general questions, calculations, and stock checks. Notably, the calculation category encapsulates both order and payment processes. The effectiveness of the proposed method is substantiated by the results of 200 trials, demonstrating its adeptness in accurately addressing all user inquiries.

This research aims to analyze the figure of speech of Figurecara (hyperbola) contained in a poem of Karya Sapardi Djoko Damono. This research method used a descriptive method. Judging from the secondary data source of this problem formulation is sourced from internet sites besides that, also the supporting source or complete in the discussion of this issue from the literature study research. The data used in this study was that the short story by Eka Kurniawan, a data analysis text used the reading methods. The results showed that we found many of Figure of speech (Figure of hyperbola) in every stanzas we might find when reading the poem.

This study aims to analyze the role of fiscal decentralization in enhancing regional financial independence in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and literature review methodology, the research examines the role of fiscal decentralization in promoting regional financial autonomy in Indonesia. The analysis compares the effectiveness of fiscal decentralization policies in fostering financial independence across various regions in the country. Fiscal decentralization has demonstrated positive impacts by granting regions greater freedom to determine development priorities and explore funding sources. Regions with strong economic potential and natural resources can increase their locally generated revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah or PAD) to support development. However, this policy also creates disparities among regions, where wealthier regions manage their finances independently while poorer regions remain reliant on central government transfers. Moreover, limited managerial capacity in some regions hampers the policy's effectiveness. Fiscal decentralization can strengthen regional financial independence if accompanied by enhanced financial management capacity and fiscal policy adjustments.

The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the value symbiosis paradigm and job satisfaction eudaimonia on organizational behavior. Well-implemented Islamic values ??support eudaimonic job satisfaction, which in turn increases the transformation of more positive organizational behavior. Faculty and staff who feel there is alignment between their work and their values ??tend to work better and demonstrate behavior that supports organizational goals.

According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2020, the number of maternal mortality rates (MMR) in Indonesia is still quite high, totaling 4,627 cases of maternal death. This number shows an increase compared to 2019 of 4,221 cases of maternal death (Indonesian Health Profile, 2021). Objective: To apply the theory that has been obtained at the academy with comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, laboring women, postpartum women, newborns, and family planning in practice using Varney and SOAP documentation, is there a gap between theory and practice. Research method: In this study the authors used a qualitative research method with a case study approach which was carried out by examining a problem through a case consisting of a single unit. Results: At the first pregnancy obstetric care visit, there was a problem of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CHD) where LiLA was 22.5 cm and also breech location. After being given counseling about high calorie balanced nutrition there was an increase in the size of LiLA by 2, 5 cm so that the mother did not experience SEZ. In the process of childbirth was done by Sectio Caesarea. In the postpartum period there was no complication in the postpartum period. Newborn was normal, no problems. In family planning, Mrs. M chose to use a 3-year family planning implant. Conclusion: During the assistance to Mrs. M, the health problems experienced by Mrs. M, especially the incidence of SEZ in pregnant women can be resolved, and there is a gap between theory and practice related to the size of LiLA and the height of the mother.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM Non-Bankable di Kota Semarang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu akses keuangan dan literasi keuangan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan UMKM Non-Bankable dengan teknologi informasi sebagai variabel mediasi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 pelaku usaha UMKM Non-Bankable di Kota Semarang. Analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis jalur menggunakan PLS 3.3.1.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akses keuangan dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM Non-Bankable. Begitu juga dengan variabel akses keuangan yang juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap teknologi informasi. Sedangkan variabel literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap teknologi informasi dan pertumbuhan UMKM Non-Bankable. Teknologi informasi belum tepat digunakan sebagai mediasi pertumbuhan UMKM Non-Bankable karena karakteristik pelaku usaha yang masih konvensional dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya.
