Masalah hak asuh anak di luar nikah merupakan isu hukum yang rumit di Indonesia, baik dari sudut pandang hukum positif maupun hukum Islam. Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak memberikan landasan hukum untuk melindungi hak-hak anak, termasuk mereka yang lahir di luar pernikahan sah. Sementara itu, dalam hukum Islam, hak asuh anak (hadanah) berlandaskan prinsip perlindungan dan kesejahteraan anak, dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan fisik dan psikologisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji hak asuh anak di luar nikah menurut pandangan hukum Islam dan kaitannya dengan ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian Pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data terkait pengaturan hak asuh anak di luar nikah dalam kedua sistem hukum tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hukum Islam, anak yang lahir di luar nikah berhak atas perlindungan dan pengasuhan, dengan prioritas hak asuh diberikan kepada ibu hingga usia tertentu, sedangkan ayah berkewajiban memberikan nafkah. Di sisi lain, Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak menjamin hak setara bagi semua anak tanpa memandang status pernikahan orang tua mereka, meliputi hak asuh, pendidikan, dan perlindungan dari kekerasan. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan dalam pembagian kewajiban dan hak asuh antara ibu dan ayah, kedua sistem hukum ini memiliki keselarasan dalam menjunjung kepentingan terbaik anak. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sinergi antara hukum Islam dan hukum positif untuk memastikan perlindungan hak anak di luar nikah, terutama dalam hal pengasuhan yang berfokus pada kesejahteraan anak.

As a maritime country, Indonesia has the opportunity to ensure security and realize Indonesia as the world's maritime axis to make Indonesian waters a safe area in the future so that it can reduce the significant impact of external conflicts that occur outside Indonesian waters itself. This paper aims to analyze and explain how Indonesia's maritime policy during President Joko Widodo's 2 periods (2014-2024) indirectly minimizes and protects Indonesia from the crucial impact of the China-Philippines tension conflict in the Indo-Pacific. The study uses a qualitative method, where data collection comes from observations and literature reviews from journals, case studies, and previous research. Therefore, the policy strategy of the World Maritime Axis from Indonesia is also one of the policies so that it can carry out the principle of one paddle, two three islands is exceeded, and it is hoped that President Joko Widodo's policies during his leadership can make the Indonesian Maritime Axis more realized and always maintained from external problems that occur, such as maritime disputes.
 
 

The implementation of Islamic accounting in the business world has gained increasing attention as awareness grows regarding the financial and operational principles outlined by Islamic law. Islamic accounting, which adheres to the principles of Shariah, aims to ensure that a company's transactions and financial reports comply with Islamic guidelines. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of Islamic accounting on firm value, with a focus on examining the contemporary Islamic accounting framework, which includes structures and methodologies for more transparent reporting. This research also identifies factors that can strengthen or hinder the adoption of Islamic accounting in improving a company’s financial performance, as well as its impact on investor perceptions. The analysis results indicate that companies consistently applying Islamic accounting principles can enhance investor trust, thereby improving the company's value. Thus, the implementation of Islamic accounting can be an effective strategy to enhance the credibility and competitiveness of a company in a market increasingly focused on ethical and transparent financial practices.

This study aims to determine the role of the special religious class program in shaping the religious character of students at SMPN 2 Mojokerto. The background of this research is driven by the increasing need for character education to answer the challenges of modern times. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method with a focus on the implementation of the religious class program at school. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The research findings show that the religious class program has a positive effect on the development of students' religious character, especially through activities such as memorizing the Quran, regular religious studies, and guidance from religious teachers. The program not only improves students' understanding of Islamic teachings but also fosters discipline, responsibility, and ethical behavior in daily life. In addition, the role of teachers is crucial in ensuring the success of the program by providing direct guidance and serving as role models for students.

Artikel ini membahas perbandingan pemikiran Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi dan Emile Durkheim mengenai keluarga. Al-Faruqi, seorang intelektual Muslim, melihat keluarga sebagai unit teologis yang berfungsi untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai tauhid, keimanan, dan moralitas dalam masyarakat Islam. Sebaliknya, Durkheim, sosiolog fungsionalis, menempatkan keluarga sebagai institusi sosial yang menjaga kohesi sosial dan mengatur perilaku individu melalui norma dan nilai kolektif. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan filosofis dan komparatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kedua tokoh memiliki pandangan yang berbeda terkait struktur keluarga, peran gender, dan fungsi utama keluarga, meskipun keduanya sepakat tentang pentingnya keluarga dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmonis. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana agama dan sekularisme membentuk konsep keluarga, serta relevansinya di era globalisasi yang penuh tantangan. Animation video training is one way to increase student creativity in digital literacy in creating learning videos. With this training, it is hoped that students can develop learning videos that can be used on social media such as YouTube

Purpose: Cybercrime is an unlawful act that utilizes computer technology and the development of the internet. Cybercrime can occur on all electronic devices, including Android smartphones. Forensic handling, particularly mobile forensics, has become crucial in addressing drug trafficking cases conducted through Instagram. As the primary device for accessing Instagram, smartphones store digital data that can serve as evidence in investigations. This research aims to produce a more accurate comparison of results in analyzing Instagram Messenger data containing content related to drug trafficking.
Methods: The digital evidence data used in this research included five types of data: text chat, account, image, audio, and image view once. The forensic tools for obtaining digital evidence were MOBILedit, Belkasoft, Mobile Forensic SPF, and Magnet Axiom. The method proposed in this research followed the NIST framework, which consists of four stages: collection, examination, analysis, and reporting. This research followed the NIST framework because it is widely recognized in the field of digital forensics and provides a comprehensive guideline for handling digital evidence.
Result: Research results showed that Magnet Axiom had the best performance in digital forensic analysis, with a success rate of 74.1%. MOBILedit Forensic had a success rate of 62.5%, indicating lower performance. Mobile Forensic SPF had a success rate of 44.6%. In comparison, Belkasoft had the lowest success rate of 23.2%, showing that this software could be more effective in detecting and analyzing digital data than the others.
Novelty: In this study, the analysis process was conducted using four digital forensic tools, each showing variations in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Each tool has advantages and disadvantages regarding speed, accuracy, and ability to extract and manage data.
