Breast cancer is the leading cancer affecting women, with 2.3 million diagnoses and 670,000 deaths globally in 2022. In Indonesia, there were 66,271 cases, representing 30.1% of all cancer cases. Early detection, such as through Breast Self-Examination (BSE) to identify breast lumps, can reduce mortality. BSE is effective for Women of Childbearing Age (15-49 years). However, early breast cancer detection rates remain suboptimal, potentially influenced by the knowledge and behavior of women of childbearing age regarding BSE. Objective: To determine the overview of the level of knowledge and behavior of Breast Self-Examination (BSE) among Women of Childbearing Age in the Pajang Public Health Center area. Methods: This study employed a quantitative descriptive method using purposive sampling. The population consisted of 7,538 Women of Childbearing Age, and the sample comprised 99 respondents. Results: The majority of Women of Childbearing Age in the Pajang Public Health Center area demonstrated a good level of knowledge about BSE, with 52 respondents (52.5%). Furthermore, most respondents exhibited good BSE behavior, with 65 respondents (65.7%). Conclusion: The majority of respondents had good SADARI knowledge and good Breast Self-Examination (BSE) behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on teacher loyalty in the Samarinda City District. The research method used is quantitative, using observational and survey approaches. The sample comprised 93 respondents, consisting of teachers in the Samarinda City District. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS for validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test as model fit tests (Goodness of Fit), as well as the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²). The results indicate that both compensation and work discipline have a positive effect on teacher loyalty. Improvements in fair compensation provision and consistent enforcement of work discipline can enhance teachers’ loyalty to their employing institution. The model fit test (Goodness of Fit) shows that the regression model used in this study meets the criteria for adequacy and significance, making it suitable for predicting teacher loyalty.

The textile and textile products (TPT) industry is one of the strategic sectors in the Indonesian economy with a significant contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), employment, and national exports. In the first quarter of 2024, the manufacturing industry sector contributed 19.28% to national GDP, with the textile and apparel sub-sectors showing growth of 5.90% and 2.64% respectively year-on-year (yoy). However, this sector faces challenges in the form of global competition, illegal imports, and declining export volumes, which in 2023 reached their lowest point in the last nine years with a decline of 2.43%. In response, the government has tightened import policies, provided incentives, and reformed investment policies to attract more domestic and foreign investment. With these efforts, the TPT industry remains an important pillar of the national economy, although it requires further strategies to face challenges and ensure its sustainability. The type of data used in this study is secondary data that is quantitative in nature. The data needed is the annual financial report of PT ABC Tekstil Tbk from 2020-2024. The model used in this study is the Altman Z-Score model. This method is used to predict the risk of bankruptcy in a company. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the analysis using the Altman Z-Score method at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, for the period 2020-2024 is in an unhealthy condition or in a Distress Zone condition and has quite serious financial problems.

The lack of integration between science and local wisdom in science education remains a challenge in developing students' critical thinking skills and cultural literacy. This study aims to analyze the effect of STEM-based science learning integrated with ethnoscience on critical thinking skills and cultural literacy of elementary school students. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. Samples were selected purposively and consisted of experimental and control groups. The instruments used include a critical thinking skills test and a cultural literacy questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference in posttest scores between the experimental and control groups, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005. The average difference was 19.78 points for critical thinking skills (81.14 - 61.36) and 16.86 points for cultural literacy (82.50 - 65.64). This finding suggests that integrating STEM-based science learning with ethnoscience can significantly enhance students' critical thinking skills and cultural literacy. The novelty of this study lies in the learning approach that combines the STEM framework with local ethnoscience values, providing an innovative alternative for shaping students who think reflectively while developing cultural awareness from an early age.

Abstrak:
The increasing demand for Computational Thinking (CT) and Environmental Awareness (EA) in elementary science education highlights the need for innovative and culturally relevant learning approaches. However, traditional science teaching methods often emphasize rote memorization rather than problem-solving and ecological responsibility, leading to a lack of deeper conceptual understanding among students. This study investigates the influence of Unplugged Coding Learning integrated with Tri Hita Karana (THK) spiritual values on the development of CT and EA in elementary school students. This research employs a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group approach. Data were collected using multiple-choice assessments for CT and EA and were analyzed using Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) to determine the effectiveness of the intervention. The results indicate that students who participated in Unplugged Coding Learning with THK values demonstrated significantly higher gains in CT skills (logical reasoning, problem-solving, and pattern recognition) and EA (understanding sustainability and conservation principles) compared to the control group. The Palemahan aspect of THK, which emphasizes harmony with nature, contributed to students’ increased awareness of environmental issues. These findings suggest that integrating local wisdom into STEM education enhances both cognitive and ethical development. The study implies that culturally embedded educational approaches can bridge computational problem-solving skills with environmental consciousness, fostering a more holistic learning experience. Future research should explore long-term impacts and adaptability of this model across different educational settings.

Plastic waste has become an urgent environmental problem worldwide. Plastic offers many benefits, its environmental impact and long-lasting nature require responsible use, recycling and disposal practices to reduce negative impacts on the environment. Environmental cleanliness is a shared responsibility for both children and adults. In the midst of these challenges, creative initiatives such as Ecobricks have emerged as solutions that have the potential to reduce the negative impact of plastic waste on the environment. One area that strives to create beauty and environmental awareness is Cibiyuk. Through Ecobricks training, Cibiyuk residents can learn how to reduce plastic waste and create a cleaner and more beautiful environment together. This training activity was carried out together with village officials, PKK mothers, RT heads, and the entire Cibiyuk village community. The training participants were very enthusiastic about this activity. The material is presented in an interesting way. PKK mothers also participated so that the community became more enthusiastic about making ecobricks. Ecobricks themselves have a function not to destroy plastic waste, but to extend the life of these plastics by processing them into something useful, which can be used for the benefit of humans in general. Unfortunately, the manufacture of ecobricks is still not very popular among the general public so that most people still treat used plastic as household plastic waste, pollute the environment, rivers and pollute everyday life without any self-awareness
