One critical component in the rapidly expanding halal tourism industry is the existence of hotels catering to the needs of Muslim travelers, known as Sharia-compliant hotels. Operating within the framework of Islamic law, these hotels bear the responsibility of managing funds in accordance with Sharia principles. The management of non-halal funds within such establishments presents a complex challenge that necessitates careful consideration to ensure compliance with Islamic values while addressing financial and social aspects. This study aims to provide insights into strategies for managing non-halal funds in Sharia-compliant hotels within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and from the perspective of Islamic economic law. Using a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis through a literature review, the findings indicate that the legal status of non-halal funds may be permissible if allocated for general public welfare. Recommended management strategies include adherence to the PSAK 101 accounting standard and the application of Tafriq Shafqah principles through CSR initiatives. Non-halal funds are optimally distributed for social welfare (maslahah wa tashrif al-‘ammah) such as empowering local communities through education and training, supporting zakat and charity programs, promoting sustainable environmental management, ensuring fair employment opportunities, fostering local economic development, and enhancing public education and awareness. These efforts not only enhance the positive reputation of Sharia-compliant hotels but also contribute significantly to the economic, environmental, and social well-being of the broader community.

Software-Defined Networking (SDN) merupakan teknologi inovatif yang menyediakan manajemen jaringan secara terpusat dengan tingkat fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi penerapan teknologi SDN dalam meningkatkan keamanan jaringan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari jurnal ilmiah yang relevan, menganalisis integrasi teknologi Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), dan otomatisasi konfigurasi jaringan guna mendeteksi serta mencegah ancaman siber. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penyatuan DPI pada firewall dapat meningkatkan tingkat deteksi ancaman hingga 25% dibandingkan dengan firewall konvensional, sementara IPS memberikan perlindungan efisien terhadap serangan Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). Selain itu, otomatisasi konfigurasi menggunakan Mikrotik dan Python berhasil mengurangi kesalahan manusia hingga 50% dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Walaupun begitu, beberapa tantangan teknis, seperti penurunan throughput, perlu dioptimalkan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa SDN merupakan solusi yang efektif dan fleksibel untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan perusahaan, sekaligus mendukung efisiensi biaya dan operasional

Early literacy materials can give a person softness of heart, critical thinking skills and creative understanding. The purpose of this study was to understand the ways in which teachers teach group B children aged 5-6 years about the concept of reading and to identify factors that may hinder the successful implementation of these strategies. This study utilized a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The research noted that teachers apply a variety of strategies in introducing core reading concepts including; whiteboard media as an opener, coloring as a habituation in recognizing letters, letter guessing games with smart wall media, storytelling, stage books. The implementation of these strategies has been quite optimally done at Ra Al-Kamal because the teachers are very enthusiastic and fast so that the learning process is carried out conducively. 

Internal control systems have a crucial role in minimizing risks that can occur in the purchasing cycle in organizations, including in the hotel industry. This research aims to analyze the role of the internal control system in mitigating risks in the purchasing cycle at The Wing Es-Hotel. This research uses a case study approach with data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that implementing an effective internal control system can identify potential risks such as errors in supplier selection, non-conformity of goods received, and uncontrolled expenditure. By having control elements such as proper authorization, authority and internal audit, these risks can be minimized. This study provides recommendations for The Wing Es-Hotel to improve sustainability monitoring and evaluation of the internal control system to support operational efficiency financial losses

This study aims to analyze the role of citizenship as a legal instrument in the resolution of transnational agrarian disputes, which often involve more than one country and raise complex legal issues. The study focuses on three countries, namely Indonesia, Brazil and South Africa, to understand how citizenship affects land ownership and dispute resolution mechanisms. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with interviews, secondary data analysis, and legal policy evaluation. The results show that citizenship plays an important role in determining land rights and influencing the course of dispute resolution. In this context, alignment of national legal frameworks with international legal standards, as well as increased cooperation between countries, is necessary to create more effective and equitable transnational agrarian dispute resolution. This research provides novelty in identifying the importance of legal harmonization and international collaboration in addressing transnational disputes.

This study shows that team collaboration dynamics greatly affect work quality and goal achievement. These dynamics include various elements, including communication, coordination, interdependence, and trust among team members. The methodology of this study aims to provide detailed insights into team collaboration dynamics and work efficiency, with a focus on organizational success in achieving organizational goals. The interpersonal communication patterns of managers that were found and had a significant impact on Caffe Otsukohi team performance were democratic communication patterns and laissez-faire communication patterns. Supporting factors for interpersonal communication between managers and Caffe Otsukohi employees include transformational leadership, a positive work environment, effective communication channels, and shared goals.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap infrastruktur Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya bandara sebagai infrastruktur vital yang harus memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dalam kenyamanan dan keamanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 100 responden dengan kuesioner yang menilai lima dimensi utama EUCS: ketersediaan (content), jumlah (accuracy), kebersihan (format), kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use), dan ketepatan waktu (timeliness). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur bandara sudah memenuhi standar dan pengguna merasa sangat puas (dengan nilai rata-rata 87,03% untuk kelima dimensi utama) dengan infrastruktur bandara, terutama pada fasilitas area tunggu keberangkatan dan kedatangan. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, seperti fasilitas parkir dan keamanan. Kesimpulannya, infrastruktur bandara sudah memadai, namun beberapa perbaikan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan infrastruktur bandara dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna, yang diharapkan dapat diterapkan di bandara lain.

Improper waste handling is often the cause of environmental issues such as flooding and disease. Managing waste at the household level can significantly reduce environmental pollution. Currently, household organic waste is one of the largest contributors to overall waste. This activity aims to enhance housewives' skills and knowledge in composting household organic waste. It was conducted in Kapur Village, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, with training sessions for housewives' associations. The activity included both presentations and hands-on composting practice. Participants' understanding was assessed through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results show that all participants understood the process and intended to apply composting practices in their households, positively contributing to waste reduction efforts.

The low awareness of Indonesian people in terms of financial literacy will certainly have an impact on their ability to manage finances. This study aims to analyze the role of Financial Apps as a medium of financial management literacy education. The use of Financial Apps is increasingly widespread and provides convenience for people in managing finances. Through a literature study, this research reveals that financial literacy has a high relevance to financial management skills. Individuals with good financial literacy tend to be wiser in planning, managing and controlling their finances. In this case, Financial Apps play an important role in improving financial literacy by providing features that make it easier for users to record transactions, create financial reports, and analyze financial performance.

This research discusses the Utilization of Digital Technology in the Media Transfer Process of Static Archives at the Medan City Archives Depot Office. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent to which they utilize current digital technology to transfer static archives. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. By using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study include the head of the section, archivists and staff responsible for the archive section at the Medan City Archives Depot Office, which have been selected by the researcher according to the criteria of the research subject. The results showed that how the static archive media transfer process is there by scanning the data then the data is processed into a simple form in Microsoft Excel then next to the data there is a link that connects to the original file. The utilization of technology at the Medan City Archives Depot Office is not yet optimal because a lot of equipment such as computers is inadequate and there are still very few human resources who take care of archives.
