Monitoring of the growth and development (fall) of toddlers is carried out routinely by health workers to find out the condition of toddlers, whether there are irregularities in the fall of toddlers so that they can be handled immediately, therefore this monitoring is very important. Growth monitoring is carried out by weighing body weight and measuring limbs, as well as measuring head circumference according to the schedule. Monitoring of development was carried out by giving KPSP (Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire), TDD (Hearing Test), TDL (Visual Ability Test), KMME (Questionnaire for Mental and Emotional Problems), CHAT (Checklist for Autism in Toodlers), and GPPH (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder) (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2014).

Surgery is an invasive treatment that involves opening a part of the body through an incision which ends with closing or suturing the wound. Molecular mechanisms for treating pain have led to the development of multimodal analgesia, combining pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. Benson Relaksas? is a development of the deep breathing relaxation method by involving the patient's key factors which can create a calm environment. To find out the results of applying Benson relaxation therapy to reduce pain intensity in post laparotomy patients at HCU Cempaka Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive research in the form of a case study. Involving 2 post-operative patients. The research instrument used the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. The results of the study showed that before applying Benson relaxation therapy to Mr. M, an NRS score of 7 (severe pain) was obtained, while for Mrs. Trn.M obtained an NRS score of 3, indicating both patients experienced mild pain after the intervention.  After applying benson relaxation for 3 consecutive days on Mr. M and Mrs. H, it can be concluded that there was a decrease in the level of pain in both patients.

Teenagers are a valuable assets in shaping the future of a country. Teenage participation in education and social activities is very important. The government facilitates this by providing participation forums such as the children’s forum. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among members of the Banjarmasin City Children's Forum. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. This research found that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among members of the Banjarmasin City Children's Forum. The results of the hypothesis test show a sig. (2-tailed) is 0.003, which indicates significant and a positive relationship between the two variables with a correlation coefficient of 0.294. These results indicate that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the OCB, and vice versa, namely the lower the organizational commitment, the lower the OCB.
 
 
 

Conservation is about the balance of nature. Panlungan Village, located in Wonosalam Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, has natural potential in the form of abundant forests and springs. However, illegal logging in 1998 damaged Panlungan's forests, reducing the headwaters of the river and increasing the risk of natural disasters such as landslides. Awareness of the importance of forests as a source of oxygen and habitat for various species prompted the local community to form the Kepu Forest Farmer Group (KTH) which focuses on conserving and planting forests with native plants. The Mendiro Settlement spring in Panlungan Village is the main source of livelihood for the local community, but is under serious threat due to man-made environmental degradation. The Kepuh Forest Farmers Group (KTH) has played an active role in the sustainable management of springs since the 1990s, with a focus on protecting the environment and educating the community about the importance of forest ecosystem conservation. This research shows that active community participation in forest and spring conservation is essential to preserve natural resources in Panlungan village. By strengthening supervision of illegal logging activities, strengthening conservation programs, and raising awareness of the importance of maintaining forest ecosystems, we hope to ensure the survival of future generations and the preservation of clean water sources for the people of Panlungan Village.
 

Basically, income tax itself is an official levy aimed at people who earn income or for the income they receive or obtain from the tax year for the benefit of the state and the interests of society in national and state life as an obligation that must be carried out. In this research, the method used is a literary research method, including the type of library research. Income tax (PPh) is a tax imposed on the income of individuals, companies or other legal entities on income received or earned during the tax year.
 

This study aims to examine the influence of green accounting and environmental performance on financial performance in chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The independent variables used are green accounting (X1), measured using environmental costs, and environmental performance (X2), measured using the PROPER rating, while the dependent variable is financial performance measured by ROE. The sample consists of 20 companies selected through purposive sampling, and data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The t-test results show that green accounting has a significant negative effect on financial performance, while environmental performance has a significant positive effect. The F-test indicates that both independent variables together have a significant positive effect on financial performance.

MGMP serves as a forum within the educational domain that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas among educators. This platform affords teachers instructing similar subjects the opportunity to share experiences, teaching strategies, and instructional resources. Through the MGMP, educators can broaden their perspectives, enhance their competencies, and develop new skills to address various challenges encountered in the teaching-learning process. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the aim of investigating the impact of MGMP on teacher performance and professionalism. Data collection involves the identification and review of all articles with similar research topics. The articles used in this study comprise 10 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. Out of the 10 analyzed articles, 9 articles assert that MGMP can enhance teacher performance and professionalism, while 1 article suggests that MGMP has a negative impact on teacher performance and professionalism.

Keditan Hamlet has a traditional story similar to that of other surrounding villages. Based on the search, the variations of the story are related to each other. This research aims to describe the formula system and function of oral literature contained in the stories of the Sungkem Tlompak Tradition in Keditan Hamlet, Pogalan Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research were the discovery of word, phrase, and sentence formulas. Apart from that, 6 story points were found which can be used as reminder tools for the Keditan community in remembering the storyline of the legend of the Sungkem Tlompak Tradition. The functions of this legendary story are (1) an educational tool for the younger generation, (2) to increase a sense of group solidarity, (3) providing social sanctions or punishments so that people behave well, (4) as a form of social criticism, (5) strengthening and perpetuating traditions, and (6) the Lombok Abang Ijo Warrior Art which is the icon of Keditan Hamlet as a means of entertainment. This research suggests that documentation in the form of video is needed so that the legendary story of the Sungkem Tlompak Tradition can be preserved.

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract. </strong>The act of body shaming makes young women feel sad and insecure. Young women need high self-confidence to be able to support their developmental tasks. One of the factors that supports increasing self-confidence is an assessment of physical appearance or body image. This research aims to explore the correlation between body image and self-confidence among young women who have been victims of body shaming, utilizing a correlational quantitative approach. The respondents in this study were 170 teenage girls aged 12 to 15 who were victims of body shaming in Denpasar City. Data collection involved administering validated and reliable self-confidence and body image scales. The findings revealed a significant relationship between aspects of body image (appearance evaluation, appearance orientation, body area satisfaction, overweight occupation, and self-classified weight) and self-confidence among young women who were victims of body shaming (p=0.000 &lt; .05). This study underscores the critical need for interventions and support systems to address body shaming among young women, emphasizing the importance of fostering positive body image to enhance self-confidence and well-being.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><em><strong>Keywords: </strong></em><em>body image; self-confidence; body shaming</em></p>

Management Information Systems (MIS) have an important role in the transformation of government towards E-Government. E-Government is a government effort to provide public services electronically to the public and businesses. In this context, SIM plays a role as the main support in managing information and making effective and efficient decisions. The role of Management Information Systems (MIS) in realizing E-Government is very important in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. SIM helps governments manage information, plan strategies, coordinate activities, and make better decisions. Through SIM, the government can increase information accessibility for the public, speed up the decision-making process, and improve the overall quality of public services. Thus, effective and efficient implementation of SIM will make a major contribution to realizing an E-Government that is transparent, accountable and responsive to community needs.
