In the current era of development, globalization is something that almost all individuals cannot avoid. Globalization is an illustrative form of interaction between various individuals in certain types of fields. The emergence of globalization is due to the existence of modern-industrial civilization which is driven by the increase in western culture which has had quite a significant influence. The existence of globalization creates a very fast and unstoppable flow because various information comes from various corners of the world. There are many things that can result from globalization, both positive and negative. One of the negative impacts caused by the influence of globalization is promiscuity. So it is necessary to take preventive measures before this happens and harms many parties. Students from the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Raden Rahmat Islamic University, Malang themselves chose to hold youth reproductive health outreach activities with the aim of helping and improving the condition of teenagers related to their reproductive health. So that it makes them aware and more diligent in caring for it. Health education carried out in Powocho school grounds or vocational high schools in Thailand itself begins with holding joint sports activities and continues with indoor counseling activities. This information activity on adolescent reproductive health is of great interest to students and it is hoped that it can be used as a lesson and make students more aware of the importance of their reproductive health and also more diligent in caring for and maintaining their health.

In the development of media selection, teaching materials are part of a learning development that cannot be separated from other learning components in a system. Therefore, the selection of media has a variety and methods in accordance with various development models for selecting media for existing teaching materials, including the criteria used in selecting the media. This research aims to determine developments in the selection of teaching material media that will be used in the learning process and as a reference for teachers to develop a teaching material media in the learning process. This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of library research. Qualitative research is the process of producing information in the form of notes and descriptive data. The results of this research show that the development in selecting teaching material media is: (1). selecting teaching materials that fulfill one of the interesting teaching materials and helps students achieve competency and aims to help in the students' learning process, (2) determining the choice of teaching material criteria. must have the ability to improve students' memory, (3) teachers must be skilled in using teaching materials that will be used in learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Padlet sebagai media diskusi daring konsep Kelistrikan dan Kemagnetan pada mata kuliah Fisika Dasar II yang dilaksanakan secara daring pada mahasiswa pendidikan fisika rombel 2C tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penggunaan Padlet sebagai media diskusi daring konsep Kelistrikan dan Kemagnetan menunjukkan bahwa antusias yang tinggi dari mahasiswa karena Padlet cocok untuk media diskusi daring dan meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa. Hasil wawancara mengenai persepsi mahasiswa tentang penggunaan Padlet dalam pembelajaran Kelistrikan dan Kemagnetan menunjukkan mahasiswa merasa senang, mudah berdiskusi, dan dapat menjadi inovasi bagi dosen lainnya karena Padlet mudah diakses oleh semua mahasiswa. Ditinjau dari dari partisipasi dalam penggunaan Padlet selama pembelajaran, mahasiswa yang aktif berdiskusi mendapatkan skor CSEM yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang tidak aktif. 

This qualitative research focused on the timeliness and correctness of the public services of Birth Certificates and Unmarried Letters in the Tlogomas Sub-district to describe the reality of the efficiency of its service effectiveness in providing excellent service. In conducting it, the research gathered primary and secondary data and concluded that the sub-district provided its public services timely and accurately by guiding to Standard Operational Procedures. This research result meant that the Sub-district of Tlogomas providing its public services and effectively reaching its service aims was successful. The effectiveness of those public services brought the sub-district to excellent service in terms of both attitude and attention that were efficient as the officers would be able to be kind and mindful. Therefore, it was viable that the effectiveness of Birth Certificate and Unmarried Letter services in the Sub-district of Tlogomas has already been efficient in delivering public services excellently.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berfokus pada ketepatan waktu dan akurasi proses pelayanan Akta Kelahiran dan Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah agar dapat memberikan gambaran yang sesungguhnya tentang efisiensi efektivitas pelayanan publik dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima di Kantor Kelurahan Tlogomas. Untuk menunjukkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan Akta Kelahiran dan Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah pada Kelurahan Tlogomas sudah dilakukan secara tepat waktu dan akurat dengan berpedoman pada SOP. Artinya, Kelurahan Tlogomas berhasil menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik dan mencapai tujuan pelayanannya dengan efektif. Efektivitas pelayanan Akta Kelahiran dan Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah membawa Kelurahan Tlogomas pada pelayanan yang prima dari sikap dan perhatian dimana kedua segi ini efisien karena petugas bisa bersikap baik dan perhatian sebagaimana mestinya. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan Akta Kelahiran dan Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah di Kelurahan Tlogomas sudah efisien guna mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang prima

A teacher's role is to help students improve the quality of their education. So teachers must be able to improve student achievement with the various abilities they have. In the learning process the problem faced by a teacher is classroom management. Classroom management is a teacher's skill to create and maintain optimal learning conditions so that they can restore them if disruptions occur in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, teachers must be able to manage the learning process in the classroom well by implementing learning strategies, especially in the subject of Islamic cultural history. The problem raised in this research is the teacher's strategy for overcoming SKI learning boredom at MA Al-Amien I Pragaan, which is described in two research focuses, namely: 1. What are the classroom management strategies as an effort to overcome SKI learning boredom at MA Al-Amien I Pragaan 2. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence classroom management strategies as an effort to overcome SKI learning boredom at MA Al-Amien I Pragaan. This research was designed using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. From this method, researchers then process and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this research were taken from teachers and students. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. For data validity, researchers used source triangulation. The results of this research are: 1. Class management strategies as an effort to overcome SKI learning boredom, namely: a. Using various methods, namely: discussion method, lecture method, mind mapping method, clipping method. b. Changes in class formation 2. Supporting and inhibiting factors that influence class management strategies in SKI learning, namely: a. teacher competency, b. students' abilities, c. classroom facilities and atmosphere.

<em>This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and psychological well-being in mothers who have children with special needs at the Klinik Tumbuh Kembang Yamet CDC Semarang. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between social support and psychological well-being in mothers who have children with special needs at the Klinik Tumbuh Kembang Yamet CDC Semarang. The higher the social support, the higher the psychological well-being for 41 mothers who have children with special needs at the Klinik Tumbuh Kembang Yamet CDC Semarang, and vice versa. The respondents in this study were mothers who had children with special needs who were being treated at the Semarang Growth and Development Clinic. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique (simple sampling). The research data was collected using two scales, namely the Psychological Well-Being Dimension in Mothers Who Have Children with Special Needs and the Social Support Scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Product Moment Correlation technique. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between social support and psychological well-being in mothers who had children with special needs with rxy values = -0.507, p = 0.001 (p&lt; 0.01), so the hypothesis in this study was rejected</em>

Education is a conscious effort that is held to explore and develop human capabilities so that a transformation occurs, both in terms of knowledge, behavior, or norms that have been set. Islamic education is different from other education because its size does not only look good or bad. Islamic education must be based on the Koran, which in Islam functions as the main source of law. In addition, Islamic education must also be based on the hadith. The final achievement is that humans have skills in aspects of education that are in harmony with these two main sources of law. So, the final goal is not just to change behavior, or thinking power, but everything must be in tune with the guidance of the Koran and Hadith. Educational and teaching activities can achieve success if supported by good components. Among the main components is the method. That is the way that must be taken by a teacher in educating his soul so as to achieve goals that are in line with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The use of appropriate methods will largely determine the outcome of the education and teaching process. Thus, educators must be skilled at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching material. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methos,so that teaching methods will lead to successful teaching
 
 

The silent way English language training was carried out at the Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital. This silent way English language training aims to improve basic English skills for hospital employees. This English training method uses the silent way method. English language training using the silent method is used so that hospital employees can practice English language skills in medical sciences that will be used in the world of work. This English language training using the silent method was carried out thanks to collaboration between Nurul Hasanah Kutacane University and Nurul Hasanah Kutacane Hospital. This English language training is to assess evaluation using Quasy-Experiment (pre-experimental designs) with a design using one group pretest-posttest, where in this design there is no comparison group (control), but the first observation (pretest) has been carried out which allows the team to examine changes that occur after an experiment or posttest. The results obtained by the community service team showed significant changes in English language training through the silent way method to increase nurses' vocabulary in speaking English in hospitals.

An important development driving changes in the contemporary business environment at large is the growth of markets and international trade. Today's contemporary business is characterized by increasingly fierce competition, rapid innovation, and constant change. To face this increasingly complex business environment, many contemporary techniques are used by companies, such as information technology, risk management, and supply chain management. These techniques help companies to stay competitive and adapt to the rapidly changing business environment. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the contemporary business environment and contemporary techniques used in business today.

This study aims to examine the meaning of success as found in the Quran and the criteria for success according to the Quran. The research method employed is a qualitative library research approach. The primary data source used is the Quran, with citations of Quranic verses accompanied by translations from the Hadist Web Version 3.0 by Sofyan Efendi. Secondary data is obtained from various exegesis books, such as Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, J?mi’ al-Bay?n ‘an Ta’w?l ?y al-Qur’?n by Ibn Jar?r al-?ab?r?, J?mi’ al-Bay?n li al-A?k?m al-Qur’?n by Im?m al-Qur??bi, Tafsir al-Maraghi by Ahmad Mu?a?fa al-Maragi, Mu’jam Mufrad?t li Alf?? al-Qur’?n by Al-Rag?b al-A?fah?n?, Tafsir Al-Qur'anul Madjied An-Nur by T.M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy, as well as hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, where data is systematically analyzed to describe the facts or characteristics of a population or a specific field accurately and conceptually. The research findings reveal that in the Quran, there are three terms that refer to success, namely al-Falah, an-Najah, and al-Fauz. The term "al-Falah" reflects the meaning of success in both worldly and hereafter life, "an-Najah" refers to the meaning of success in worldly life only, while "al-Fauz" pertains to the meaning of success in the hereafter. The criteria for success according to the Quran include belief and piety towards Allah SWT, performing the five daily prayers, supplicating to Allah SWT, actively engaging in work, setting aside a portion of one's income to assist those in need, and seeking Allah SWT's mercy to enter Paradise.
