The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on education, forcing learning to switch to an online system to prevent the spread of the virus. However, problems still persist, especially in elementary school mathematics education, students tend to think mathematics is difficult and not very interesting. This is due to the ineffective classroom learning approach, so that many students lose interest in learning mathematics. Therefore, innovative solutions are needed that can increase students' interest and understanding of mathematics learning, such as a gamification approach for students who prefer to play. The purpose of this study is to develop a mobile application that combines a gamification approach as a mathematics learning material for elementary school students. The system concept in this mobile application is that students can work on practice questions and see learning outcomes, choose an avatar on the edit profile, and access the discussion forum available in the application. This application is designed to create an interactive, fun and effective learning experience using the ADBO (Analyze, Design, Build, Operate) method which is systematic and directed to ensure that each stage of the process provides optimal results and according to user needs with the hope of overcoming complex problems faced by students. Through the modeling used in the preparation of this application, it is hoped that it will be in accordance with its purpose, namely to provide convenience to elementary school students, from grade 1 to grade 6, to become better at learning.

This research discusses how the integration of Islamic values and learning innovation can be applied in Islamic Religious Education in higher education, especially at the Indonesian Education University. The background of this research is the challenges of globalization and technological developments that require Islamic education to continue to innovate without ignoring the principles of sharia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving lecturers, students, and religious leaders as informants. The results showed that the integration of Islamic values in Islamic education is done through the Islamization of science approach, the use of technology in learning, and the creation of a religious academic environment. In addition, innovations such as Problem-Based Learning and Experiential Learning methods proved to be able to increase students' interest and understanding of Islamic teachings. In conclusion, collaboration between academics, students, and religious leaders is very important in creating Islamic Religion Education learning that is relevant, interesting, and still in accordance with Sharia law. This research is expected to provide an overview and strategic recommendations for the development of Islamic education in the modern

The community empowerment program in Pendem Village in the institutional sector has not provided the expected benefits, so an evaluation is needed. This study aims to examine the implementation of the evaluation of the community empowerment program in the institutional sector in Pendem Village. This study uses a qualitative research approach using a descriptive method. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe problem solving in accordance with existing facts systematically and accurately. The steps in data collection in this study include interviews, observations and document collection. The selection of informants uses a purposive sampling technique, which is done intentionally or by directly appointing people who are considered to know the most and are able to answer research questions. The results of the study obtained the results that the evaluation of the women's empowerment program had approached expectations in general. However, behind the success of empowerment, there are still things that are lacking in the smoothness of empowerment activities, namely the inaccuracy of time from the community, especially women, in implementing the empowerment program being run. The suggestions given are, in the implementation of the program, punctuality, maintenance of facilities and infrastructure to support the achievement of program goals optimally.Program pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa pendem di bidang kelembagaan belum memberikan manfaat yang diharapkan sehingga diperlukan suatu evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan evaluasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat bidang kelembagaan di Desa pendem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian deskriptif adalah untuk menggambarkan pemecahan masalah sesuai dengan fakta yang ada secara sistematis dan akurat. Langkah -langkah dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi dan pengumpulan dokumen. Adapun pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu di lakukan dengan cara secara sengaja atau menunjuk langsung kepada orang yang dianggap paling tahu dan mampu menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa evaluasi program pemberdayaan perempuan sudah menghampiri harapan pada umumnya. Namun di balik kesuksesan pemberdayaan, masih ada hal yang menjadi kurangnya kelancaran kegiatan pemberdayaan yaitu ketidak tepatan waktu dari masyarakat khususnya perempuan dalam melaksanakan program pemberdayaan yang dijalankan. Saran yang diberikan adalah, dalam pelaksanaan program, ketepatan waktu, maintenance sarana prasarana guna mendukung pencapaian tujuan program secara maksimal.

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level on voter behavior in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency, in the 2024 Legislative Election. Voter behavior is an important factor in determining election results and is influenced by various aspects, one of which is the level of education. The theory in this study is the theory of voter behavior using three approaches, namely the Sociological Approach, Psychological Approach, and rational choice. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to voters in Pante Ceureumen District. The population in the study were people who had the right to vote in the 2024 legislative elections in the pante ceureumen sub-district, which amounted to 8,444 people who were then sampled using the slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, then the results obtained were 382 samples, then the data obtained and analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the effect of education level variables on voter behavior. Based on the Hypothesis Test, the tcount value of the education level is 11.622 with a significance of 0.000. Judging from the tcount value of 11.622> t table 1.960 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So the results showed that there was a significant influence between the level of education and voter behavior in Pante Ceureumen District.

Understanding these differences helps language learners avoid common mistakes and enhance their proficiency in both languages. This study is supported by various sources from recent books and academic articles to provide a more comprehensive analysis.

One of the conditions for achieving learning objectives is the achievement of satisfactory grades from students. Educators must be able to use learning models so that students are active not passive. The learning model is a learning process from start to finish. The model that educators can apply is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The PBL model is one of the learning models where students are given real problems and students must be able to find solutions by finding a way out. The implementation of the learning model must be accompanied by media. The learning media that can be used is Canva. Canva is an audio-visual based learning media. Canva utilization can be applied to higher grade Pancasila Education. The application of the PBL model with Canva media in Pancasila Education for classes IV, V and VI found learning problems that still apply teacher centered methods and lack of media which makes learning outcomes low. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study data collection. The results showed that the use of the PBL model with Canva-based learning media for Pancasila Education in high grades can make student learning outcomes change and improve. Changes and improvements can occur because in the PBL model learning is not teacher centered but student centered which makes students have to think critically, creatively and actively in solving a given problem.

This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of the gay community, including their identity, social dynamics, and the challenges they face. In addition, this study aims to identify factors that influence public perception of the gay community and how stigma and discrimination develop. The method used is qualitative, which is a research approach that aims to understand the meaning, experience, and perspective of individuals or groups in a particular context. The data in this study were obtained from the analysis of the podcast "Close The Door" by Deddy Corbuzier which features an interview with a content creator who is part of the LGBT (gay) community. Through this analysis, the study seeks to uncover how narratives that develop in the media can influence public opinion. The results of the study are expected to provide a clearer understanding of the existence of the gay community in the social structure, as well as assist policy makers in designing regulations that are more inclusive and support diversity.

Background: Early detection of cervical cancer includes an IVA examination or Pap smear. This test is used to identify cervical cancer and in Islam it is also recommended to maintain (hifdz an-nafsa), namely maintaining reproductive health related to offspring (hifdz an-nasl). The aim of this research is to determine the effect of sharia-based audiovisual education on knowledge, behavior and attitudes towards preventing cervical cancer. Purpose: to determine the effect of sharia-based audiovisual education on knowledge, behavior and attitudes towards preventing cervical cancer. Method: This type of research uses quantitative with a quasi-experimental research design in the form of one-group without control and this research uses an accidental sampling technique with 41 respondents. Data was taken before and after the intervention was given and then analyzed statistically using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results of the Wilcoxon test research showed that z knowledge calculation was -5.667, behavior -4.583, and attitude calculation -5.831 with an asym.sig value of 0.000. This shows that the p value <0.05 was a difference after the pre-test and post-test of providing audiovisual education. Conclision : There is an influence of providing audiovisual education on knowledge, behavior, attitudes, prevention of cervical cancer with early detection in the working area of ​​the Tlogosari Kulon Health Center, Semarang.

Study procrastination is the deliberate postponement of tasks to the point of subjective discomfort. This study aims to provide useful insights for educators, counselors, and practitioners in designing effective interventions to help individuals overcome study procrastination associated with internet addiction, thereby improving their academic performance and psychological well-being. The hypothesis of this study is to see whether most internet addicts have a high level of study procrastination or not. The research population is 2021 psychology students, Campus V UNP Bukittinggi. The research sample amounted to 11 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection tool used is the Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students scale (16 valid items). Data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between internet addiction and study procrastination in students at a high level of study procrastination (63,6%)

This research aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Training on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City, under the supervision of Dr. Dori Mittra Candana, SE, M.M., and Mrs. Selvi Zola Fenia, S.Psi, M.M. This is a quantitative study. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City. The analysis methods used are path analysis, partial least squares (PLS), outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study was done using the SmartPLS 3.0 software.The research results can be concluded as follows: Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Training has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Work Motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance; and Organizational Culture can mediate the relationship between Training and Employee Performance with Work Motivation as the intervening variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City.
