This study's goal was to compare the usability of the websites for the Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering departments at a university. Since these sites are critical for new students seeking information, a user-friendly interface is essential for efficient and accurate information retrieval. To conduct the study, a user performance test was administered to 40 new students, all with less than a year of study. They were asked to complete three specific tasks: downloading a form, finding a "kaleidoscope" (a summary of activities), and locating information about oral exam registration. The researchers collected data on the time students took to complete the tasks (efficiency) and the number of errors they made. This data was t hen analyzed using a Two-Way ANOVA statistical method. The results showed significant differences in usability between the two websites, with a very strong interaction effect for both efficiency and error rates. The Industrial Engineering website was most efficient for downloading a form but proved to be the least efficient for finding the kaleidoscope. Conversely, the Chemical Engineering website was most efficient for finding the kaleidoscope but was the least efficient for form downloads. Regarding errors, finding the kaleidoscope and downloading a form presented the most significant challenges, while registering for the oral exam was the least error-prone task. These findings highlight the importance of making specific, tailored improvements to academic web design to enhance the user experience on these platforms.

As part of the Indonesian National Police, one of the tasks of the Air Police is to support the Ministry of Environment and Forestry in preventing deforestation. With the available resources, the Air Police must be able to carry out their duties efficiently. This study measures the efficiency of the support performance of ten Air Police under the Control of the Regional Police covering ten provinces to prevent deforestation. Each operations control (OC) represents a Decision-Making Unit (DMU). Using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) with the Banker, Charnes, Cooper (BCC) model, the results showed that two OCs (Bali and North Sulawesi) were identified as efficient, while eight OCs were inefficient.

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the Shopee e-commerce platform affects the sales rate of clothes in Pasar 16 Ilir, Palembang, which is known as one of the largest clothing trading centers in South Sumatra. The background of this research departs from the phenomenon of the rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, where Shopee dominates the fashion category and is the main choice of consumers in online shopping. The change in consumer behavior from conventional to digital shopping patterns encourages businesses in traditional markets to adjust strategies to remain relevant and competitive in the increasingly dynamic era of digital transformation. This research method uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. A survey was conducted on 100 sellers and 150 consumers to collect data on shopping habits, perception of promotions, and the impact of using Shopee on clothing sales. In addition, in-depth interviews with several business actors at Pasar 16 Ilir were conducted to gain a more detailed understanding of the adaptation strategies they implemented. Data analysis shows that Shopee's promotional features, such as discounts, cashback, and flash sales, are the dominant factors that increase consumer interest. Hedonistic aspects, including the convenience and pleasure of online shopping, as well as customer reviews, also have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the study confirm that the integration of Shopee with the traditional market contributes to the increase in the volume and sales value of clothes in Pasar 16 Ilir. The online-to-offline (O2O) synergy model helps merchants reach a wider market and improve their competitiveness. In conclusion, optimizing e-commerce platforms through effective promotion strategies, review management, and customer service is the key for MSME actors in facing competition in the digital era.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat keterampilan desain busana dengan hasil belajar desain kolase siswa SMK Pangeran Antasari dengan menggunakan hasil uji linearitas dengan taraf signifikansi 0,609 > signifikansi 0,05. Analisis pengaruh kemampuan mendesain busana terhadap kreativitas siswa dalam menghasilkan desain kolase yang sangat baik. Pada  hasil kualitas desain kolase yang dihasilkan oleh siswa berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan mendesain busana juga dapat dikatakan baik dan memuaskan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran yaitu menggabungkan teknik penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa SMK Pangeran Antasari.

Voting at SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya has traditionally been carried out manually, resulting in a time-consuming process that is prone to errors. Therefore, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the election process, an online voting system is needed. This research aims to develop a web-based E-Voting system with a Multi-Vote model, allowing voters to vote for multiple candidates across different election categories. This system is designed to simplify the election process at the school, with features such as candidate registration, voter registration, real-time voting, and automatic processing and tabulation of election results. The system was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure its functionality and security, and the results show that the system performs well and meets user requirements. With this system, it is expected that the election process at SMK Plus YSB Suryalaya can be carried out more efficiently, transparently, and with fewer errors.

Policy advocacy in Tamansari, Bandung City, reflects the struggle of local communities in maintaining their rights to living space amidst the pressures of modernization and urban development. The area faces challenges such as land tenure conflicts, gentrification, and evictions, which raises the need for an inclusive and equitable policy approach. Advocacy is carried out through community empowerment, collaboration with civil society organizations, and support from various parties, including academics and NGOs. The research method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques from interviews and documentation studies. The results of this policy advocacy show that the advocacy process emphasizes the importance of community participation in decision-making, policy transparency, and a balance between development needs and the protection of local residents' rights. The Tamansari case study provides important lessons on effective advocacy strategies in the context of urbanization and land conflicts, while also offering a model for a collaboration-based approach to creating sustainable and inclusive policies.

The development of halal tourism in Indonesia continues to accelerate along with increasing awareness of halal lifestyles and support from government policies. However, its implementation in plural areas such as Bali, Lake Toba, and Labuan Bajo often causes social resistance due to symbolic and non-contextual approaches. This study aims to evaluate the tension between welfare and potential marginalization in the implementation of halal tourism, using the perspective of maq??id shari'ah as the main analytical framework. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, through a review of scientific literature, policy documents, and public opinion from online media. The research findings show that halal tourism in homogeneous areas such as Lombok has succeeded in presenting welfare through a participatory approach that strengthens the values ??of ?if? al-d?n and ?if? al-m?l. Conversely, in plural areas, policies that do not involve local communities actually risk disrupting ?if? al-nafs and ?if? al-‘ir?. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of an ethical-participatory approach in developing halal tourism in order to comply with the principle of maq??idik justice. Therefore, the use of the term “Muslim-friendly tourism” and cross-community involvement are recommended in order to create social harmony and economic sustainability in plural societies.

Supervisi pendidikan memegang peranan yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui berbagai cara ataupun fungsi yang meliputi penelitian, penilaian, perbaikan, dan pembinaan. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji secara mendalam fungsi-fungsi supervisi pendidikan dengan maksud meningkatkan kualitas sendiri dari kinerja para guru. Selain itu metode penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber terpercaya seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah dan artikel lain yang terkait dengan fungsi- fungsi supervisi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi pendidikan tidak hanya sebagai pengontrol tetapi sebagai sarana pengembangan profesional seorang guru untuk meningkatkan pendidikannya berkelanjutan. Fungsi penelitian membantu mengidentifikasi masalah dan potensi dalam proses pembelajaran, selain itu fungsi penilaian memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif, fungsi perbaikan berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa, dan fungsi pembinaan membantu para guru untuk mengembangkan potensi mereka baik dari akademis maupun bakat mereka. Supervisi pendidikan yang efektif memerlukan kolaborasi, partisipasi, dan pendekatan yang memberdayakan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang berkualitas.

Provinsi Aceh memiliki kekhususan dalam sistem hukum nasional Indonesia dengan diberlakukannya Syariat Islam sebagai dasar hukum, termasuk dalam penegakan hukum pidana (jinayah). Salah satu komponen penting dalam penerapan hukum Islam diaceh ialah penerapan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran hukum jinayat, khususnya kasus khamar (minuman keras). Penelitian ini membahas penerapan Qanun Aceh No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat maupun Qanun Aceh No. 7 Tahun 2013 tentang Hukum Acara Jinayat terhadap pelanggaran jarimah khamar. Dalam hukum Islam, khamar merupakan perbuatan haram karena merusak akal yang merupakan salah satu dari maqashid al-syari'ah. Penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran ini melibatkan Wilayatul Hisbah, Mahkamah Syar'iyah, serta perangkat hukum formal dan substantif sesuai dengan ketentuan Qanun. Sanksi yang dijatuhkan dapat berupa uqubat hudud, ta’zir, dan denda sesuai dengan beratnya pelanggaran. Selain itu, proses pembuktian, alat bukti, dan prinsip-prinsip hukum acara jinayat turut menjadi faktor penting dalam menjamin keadilan dan efektivitas pelaksanaan hukum. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem penegakan hukum jinayat di Aceh, meskipun menghadapi tantangan, memiliki dasar yuridis, normatif, dan sosial yang kuat dalam menanggulangi peredaran dan konsumsi khamar

In the era of rapidly developing e-commerce, one of which is the Shopee platform, consumers are often faced with a variety of seemingly unlimited product choices. The Paradox of Choice is a psychological phenomenon that explains how too many choices can cause confusion and dissatisfaction, even inhibiting purchasing decisions. The development of e-commerce has increased the number of product choices available to consumers. This study shows that too many choices can cause a paradox of choice, which can affect consumer decisions. This study aims to investigate the effect of the paradox of choice on consumption in e-commerce, especially Shopee. This article uses a quantitative research method that is strengthened by primary data based on the results of a questionnaire given to several respondents. The results of the study show that the paradox of choice can affect consumer decisions and reduce consumption. Therefore, this study concludes that e-commerce needs to develop strategies to reduce consumer cognitive load and improve the overall shopping experience.
